The structure of LDH closely related to brucite-like layer, Mg(OH)2, where Mg2+ is octahedrally surrounded by six OH- and share edges to form infinite sheet [3].
The structure of LDH forms two-dimensional crystals consisting of thin crystalline layered that stacked by van der Waals and/or weak electrostatic interaction; thus various guest anions can be inserted into the LDH interlayer galleries [7].

A, B, D samples are in excellent accordance with a tetragonal rutile structure (JCPDS 41-1445), which belongs to the space group P42/mnm (number 136).

Results and Discussions In order to investigate crystal structure of as-synthesized nanocatalyst, we performed XRD experiments.
The formation of MWCNTs structures was confirmed by TEM images shown Fig. 5.
The intense and broad peak at 25.8˚ in XRD pattern represents the characteristic graphitic peak of MWCNTs arising due to the tubular structure of the carbon atoms with (002) reflection planes (Fig. 6).

An analogous situation takes place in the case of perovskite structure manganite: the main attention is paid to mixed valency systems, such as La1-xМxMnO3 (M = Co, Fe, Mn) widely applied as cathodic material for solid oxide fuel cell elements.
