Soy protein isolate(SPI) based edible film as matrix materials have been prepared using the casting techniques.
Materials that can be used to make edible films include polysaccharides, proteins and lipids, or a combination of these.
Different proteins, such as wheat gluten, corn zein and whey proteins have been proposed as raw materials for developing edible film formulations.

Although some libraries have a very large collection of books, the inaccurate grasping of the university teachers and students’ demands for materials document has led that the introduction of literature can’t solve readers’ problems and the materials that can’t be used and are rarely used have caused the waste of resources; fourth, the insufficient management of libraries does not protect the collection of books well.
Modern libraries should achieve the literature information sharing with multi-level, multi-channel and multi-dimension, actively control the information demands of readers, and take various measures and approaches to meet readers’ needs of book materials and information resources to the maximum extent, improve the utilization rate of books, and fully play the biggest benefits of books.
