Usually, UV-NIL uses UV curable resins, whose chemical bonding and structure could be altered during UV light exposure which would result in crosslinking between the polymers.
This UV cured resin with cross-linked structure is very hard to remove from the quartz substrate [2].
In this study, we investigated alternative cleaning chemistries using UV/O3, O3 dissolved DI water (DIO3), and THF (tetrahydrofuran) organic solvent for removing UV cured resin from the quartz substrate.

The XRD pattern shows polycrystalline cubic structure of SnSe0.4Te0.6 for film deposited at 50% duty cycle.
Therefore, it has a significant effect on the crystalline structure, optical properties and composition of the thin film.
The structure of the deposited films was characterized by using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) Philips 1730 diffractometer with Cu Kα radiation wavelength 1.54 Å.
The d values matches the ICDD data (File no. 98-006-0979).The thin film has polycrystalline cubic structure SnSe0.4Te0.6.

Bismuth Layer-Structured Ferroelectrics (BLSFs) consist of a layered structure of (Bi2O2)2+ and a pseudo-perovskite (Bi2Ti3O10)2- along the c-axis; which is different from a simple perovskite structure.
In addition to that, the sample prepared at 60oC produced a single crystalline structure of BIT.
The appearance of these peaks suggested the presence of a perovskite structure in BIT [2].
The appearance of 267, 532 and 846 cm-1 in Raman spectra suggested the presence of perovskite structure in BIT.

The experimental results show that the composite film on ITO glass still retained the morphology of as-electrodeposited ZnO coating, and is composed of ZnS with cubic structure and ZnO with hexagonal structure.
It is clear that the arrayed rod-like structure has changed.
After sulfidation, the surface of rod-like structure is considerable roughness, which points out that the growth course of ZnS in the composite film could be nonepitaxial.
The ZnS–ZnO composite film owns a rough suface and two different phases, ZnS with cubic structure and ZnO with hexagonal structure.

The morphology and structure features of these composites were characterized by scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) respectively.
The results indicate that, as coexisting carrier material, the carbon nanotube had obvious effects on the morphology and structure of TiO2 nanocrystal.

Commercial available UV glue is sandwiched between two substrates and is used for both the structure material and bonding adhesive.
The UV glue there plays both the roles of structure construction material and bonding adhesive.
The result shows that the pole structure has a measured contact angle of 83o and observes a necking effect.
Duo to the high photo sensitivity structures with a thickness larger than 3 mm could be fabricated.
Then the exposure process was defined the channel structure and two substrates were bonded by the sandwiched UV cured glue.
