Introduction
Recently, the application of laser shock peening(LSP) and the precisely control technique of laser parameters have become a hotspot in the fields of surface engineering and anti-fatigue manufacturing, many kind of LSP process have been applied to reduce cost and get the optimal residual stress distribution for the improvement of material properties.

Thin-walled workpieces own the characters of low stiffness, poor manufacturability in the manufacturing process, and under the influence of factors such as material properties, initial residual stress, cutting force, clamping force they can produce deformation easily, which will affect the processing precision and efficiency seriously.
It is difficult to control the machining accuracy and achieve higher machining efficiency under the influence of these factors.
The connection between thin-walled element boundary and other portions of the workpiece has a restriction effect on the thin local deformation, which is one of the important factors influencing the deformation amount.

The shape of car body determines the aerodynamic properties of the whole vehicle, and thus its performance and operating costs.
The reason lies in the fact that the design of a new die is the task both complicated and responsible, and therefore at least several factors should be considered by the designer.
The factors usually considered include the size of the production lot of a given product, the type and thickness of the material, the size and shape of the press-formed element, the mechanical properties of the finished product, the properties of the blank, and the dimensional tolerances of the ready item.
Range and methods works covered by technical preparation of production depend on the type of production, the size of the workplace, its level of technical and organizational and other conditions and factors affecting of the production.

Experimental Work The main process parameters and sheet properties are shown in Table 1.

The aspects analysed
include the variation of initial out-of-plane imperfection and material properties.
The results show that among those considered the most relevant parameters affecting the buckling and post-buckling behaviour of uniaxially loaded plates are the level of initial imperfections present.
In order to assess the influence of material properties, Grade B and API X52 steels were modelled.
The elastic and plastic properties of the materials were defined by a Ramberg-Osgood model.
Table 1 summarises the steel properties as implemented in the finite element models.

The significance of the nano-particle surface modification is that people can have more freedom on the modification of nano-particle, not only the physical and chemical effects of nano-particle can be understood, but also the application of nano- particle can be extended; The purpose of nano-particle’ surface modification may be classified into four aspects ,that is improving or changing the dispersibility of nano-partical, increasing the surface activity of nano-partical, creating new effects of physics, chemistry, mechanical properties or new functions on the surface of nano-particals and improving the compatibility of the nano-particals with other materials[1-2] .
Coating the surface of nano-powder to change its properties is an important method of surface coated modification, and the shell material can be inorganic or organic.
