After irradiation the epilayer material became more resistive, as indicated by the reduction of the forward and reverse current density at a given voltage.
After irradiation the material become more resistive, as indicated by the reduction of the forward current density.
This confirms the data presented in [8].

Compatibility acceptance of ICE with hydrogen as an alternative energy can solve many technical problems such as backfire, knocking, and the reduction of hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and smoke contaminants during engine ignition delay.
The duration of the data collection in the study is 12 years, beginning from 1998 until 2009. 58% 16% 16% 10% Fig. 2: Increasing number of hydrogen research within 12 years period Fig. 2 shows, the Increasing rate of hydrogen research from 2001 until 2006, which had increased in the last three years from 2007 until 2009.

It is shown that at high Froude numbers increasing the suspended sediment concentration to 28.7 gr/l leads to a reduction in the submerged depth on the gate up to 6% and jump length up to 10%.
This reduction is due to the return flow which contains a negative momentum and causes the flow to drop close to the gate.
By analyzing the velocity distribution data in different sections, they showed that the non-dimensional velocity distributions are similar in both the developed and developing regions.

The aircraft structure was also used to acquire data with the same above condition.
However, the Lamb wave wavelet data need to be processed because it is impractical to feed the entire response signal into the statistical processing for pattern recognition due to possibility of data redundancy [7].
The data acquired from oscilloscope was voltage vs. time on a time-scale basis.
Figure 1 shows the typical wavelet data acquired and the extraction of the features for 1000 data points.
The distribution of the average data points for all surface conditions are shown in Figure 5.

The advantages in the application of such technique are expressible in terms of reduction the times of development of process and more efficient use of resources.
Using the method of the response surfaces (RSM), the function of response has been formulated, and the analysis of the experimental data has been realized by the linear regression method.
With the design of experiments it is possible to define the criteria and the rules to be followed during the experimentation and also the principles and the modalities to adopt in the analysis and in the elaboration of the obtained data.

Then the processing chip reads the data through the port and sends the data to the host via the wireless module.
The collection and preservation of data A data collection module has been developed to collect three-meter data.
Firstly, the data is relatively small.
When the host receives the data, the data will be stored in the database for backup and display, which increase data security and the convenience of the user query.
Then the server will store the data in the MySQL database and real-time display the data on the browser.

The steps in each PDCA cycle are the following [4]: P – identify the environmental aspects, and their respective legal framework, and set objectives, targets and programs for the reduction and / or mitigation of existing aspects.
EMAS also mandates reductions in the environmental impact and requires organizations to make much more information publicly available.
Calculations for greenhouse gases emissions for the examined company have been presented in [1], so the indicator (E8) is given the value of 2976 kg CO2-eq, whereas there are not available data for the PM emission for both quarrying and processing (core indicator E9).
Regarding the processing plant, there is no data relating to heavy metal and particulate matter emissions.

Data obtained in the torsion, bending, and fatigue tests were subjected to a one way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The F2 instruments presented a tendency of increasing in this parameter after the cyclic straining, while S1, S2 and F3 instruments showed a tendency of reduction.
The solid and dash lines in both figures are the results of linear fits of the data points by the least squares approximation, with 95% confidence level, performed to evaluate the weight of the geometrical parameters on the torsional behavior of the instruments.
The dashed lines shown in the plots of Figures 1 and 2 were drawn to fit the data points by the least squares approximation, with 95% confidence level, and have the same meaning as for the MT: to evaluate how predictable MB values are in terms of D3 and A3.
At the present study, F3 instruments showed the higher reduction at the MT after the cyclic straining in torsion.

The reason for this effect is considered to be reduction of the impurity Coulomb scattering in narrow NW MOSFETs due to: (i) the reduced depletion-layer width; (ii) stronger screening of ionized impurities; (iii) the reduced number of neighbor ionized doping atoms per each free carrier in very narrow NWs.
The horizontal dashed line in Figs. 3 (a, b, c) indicates the mobility value in bulk silicon with the same doping concentration, mbulk≈130 cm2V-1s-1 (ND»5×1018 cm-3), taken from literature data [12].
In previous theoretical studies, it has been found that in SOI MOSFETs the reduction of the Si film thickness in a certain tSi range can result in the mobility improvement at medium Ns due to the reduction of phonon scattering [13, 14].
Therefore, the most probable cause for the observed meff enhancement in JL narrow NWs is reduction of the impurity Coulomb scattering.
In the bulk conduction region, one might expect reduction of the impurity Coulomb scattering in narrow NW devices due to the reduced depletion-layer width.

Finally in order to get the thermal equilibrium time and the thermal deformation data of spindle system, the wavelet toolbox was used to deal with thermal testing data.
Displacement sensors and data acquisition card are the main parts of the spindle displacement data acquisition system and non-contact laser displacement sensors with high precision and multi-channel high-speed data acquisition card are used in this paper.
The proximal and distal thermal drift data of spindle in X direction recorded by channel 1 and channel 3 of the data acquisition card.
The spindle proximal and distal to the thermal drift data in Y direction recorded by channel 1 and channel 3 of the data acquisition card.
