The films structure and surface area were evaluated by atomic force (AFM), scanning electron (SEM) and optical microscopy; infrared (FTIR) and x-ray photoelectron (XPS) spectroscopy were carried out to obtain valuable information with regard to chemical structure.
Paper and PTFE tapes presented a holed structure that did not change significantly after covering it with the thin film.
Paper and PTFE, due to their holed structure showed a short time delay for permeation and detector's saturation (Fig. 5 A and B).

Third, it could save costly alloying elements by satisfying the mechanical properties and weldability requirements through reducing chemistry alloys [3-5].
The tempered martensite structure including precipitates and carbides was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM).
In contrast to DQ steels rolled at 840℃ and 900℃, the RQ steel exhibits equiaxed prior austenite grains slightly bigger in size (15~19 mm) with no evidence of a deformed structure.
The TEM microstructure of DQ-840℃ steel shows an almost similar structure to that of the DQ-900℃ steel with an average lath spacing of 0.21mm.
To make the quenched structure much finer, deformation bands are formed inside austenite grains before quenching by rolling in austenite non-recrystallization region [6-9].

La1-xSrxCoO3 crystals have a cubic pesovskite-type structure at high temperatures and show a structural phase transition from the cubic structure to a trigonal structure at a certain temperature [2].
