These simulations aim to assess the potential advantages and limitations of the GAA design, contributing valuable data for optimizing future SiC power MOSFET technologies.
In Fig. 3 the output curves are reported up to 500V and it is visible as the reduction of the pillar radius does not improve the RON.
This leads to the reduction of the SiC section useful for the conduction.
The reduction of the pillar radius leads to an abrupt decrease of the overall capacitance.

Introduction Harmonic drive gearings, invented in 1950s[1], are widely used in a variety of areas such as surgical robot, 3C industrial robots, control moment gyroscope because of its high reduction ratios, near-zero backlash, compactness, and compact size.
High reduction ratios can be achieved because of its mechanisms and structures.
Assuming that the rotational velocity during data collection was truly constant, the output torque of motor should exactly balance the friction force.
Both friction compensation strategies contributed to a reduction of the velocity residual error, but feedback friction compensation gave a better result.

XRD Analysis Results of Sidoarjo Mud After Alkali Fusion Summary Sludge melting time affects the reduction of silicate concentration in the mud.
The characterization of the reduction of SiO2 from Sidoarjo Mud based on XRF data reached 37% for the sample at a melting time of 3 hours.

In addition, clustered processing is introduced to allow for reduction and better control of the delay time between etch/ash and wet etch residue removal.
Upon reduction of the HF concentration to 0.75% at 70C, clean sidewalls are still observed.
Application of either cleaning solution results in satisfactory defect reduction efficiencies, even for defects as small as 52 nm.
Data are averaged over 10 wafers per cleaning condition.

Result and Discussion The characteristics of the coatings examined in this study are listed in Table 2, as thickness, roughness and hardness data.
Upon application of PTFE film, fluctuations were eliminated with severe reduction in the value of friction coefficient.
Application of PTFE film on oxide coatings resulted in significant reduction in wear rate.
Application of PTFE film resulted with severe reduction in wear rate and friction coefficient (<0.3).

There was a reduction of 11% & 21% in the grinding force for applied current values of 8 & 12A, respectively.
In the same figure, from the grinding wheel wear data given at every 200 passes interval, the grinding wheel wear for ED-grinding is found to be slightly higher.
The reduction in the grinding resistance during ED-grinding seems to be because of a decrease in the reaction force of the workpiece on the grits due to sharpening of the cutting edges as a result of the electrical discharge, which may have caused a small removal on the cutting edges of the abrasive grits.
Conclusion An attempt of ED-grinding using the EC-D-grits-wheel was performed and a stable grinding operation along with a reduction in the grinding resistance could be achieved.

In seismic regions, earthquakes also induce strong lateral motions, and reduction of the lateral dynamic response is desirable in this case to reduce damage levels.
And the data is shown in Table 1.
As can be seen from the figures and table, the response reduction ratio for maximum displacement of the top floor is 31.82%, 47.58%, 47.30%, 44.10% ,0.22%; and for maximum interstory drift is 24.77%, 25.23%, 45.10%, 40.78%, 24.88%.

During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", energy conservation and emissions reduction is still severe.
To complete the energy conservation and emissions reduction of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", Jilin province must constantly optimize the existing energy consumption structure and adjust the power structure to reduce the dependence of fossil fuels and vigorously develop renewable energy resources.
It can decrease 278000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, the energy conservation and emissions reduction effect is considerable.

When all concretes heated to temperatures exceeding 400℃,significant further reductions in compressive strength were observed with the maximum temperature increases.
European concrete association summarized changing law of concrete strength under high temperature, and computing formulae of concrete compressive strength reduction factor under different temperature field, as recommended below: Kc=1.0 T≤250℃1.0-0.00157T-250 250℃600℃ (1) where Kc is concrete compressive strength reduction factor under high temperature, T is the heating temperature of the concrete,℃.
Increased fibre content did affect the anti spalling performance of the concrete when compared to plain concrete. 3)More tests are required to establish precise data with regard to fibre content effectiveness to prevent spalling, particularly with different strength concrete and different moisture contents.

It is hard to obtain the accurate data and determine where the section or area is for minimum temperature occurred.
As a result, this reduction in quality could impact on the traffic after the pavement come into use.
Moreover, the contact area between the pavement and manhole cover is also relatively small, and so the impact of the manhole cover on the rate of temperature reduction is also relatively small.
Consequently, an apparent temperature reduction at the surface of asphalt concrete pavement is noticed, as shown in Fig. 6.
