Therefore the use of micro test specimens is a requirement for precise material selection and engineering.
Another application is the testing of highly elastic and ductile materials with strains over 100%.
The specimen can be used to evaluate material properties via mechanical testing (pull test) and processing properties via the length of the flow path (in analogy to flow spirals) of thermoplastic compounds and materials in micro injection molding processes.
Compound engineering for micro injection molding Compound material for micro parts are usually used for functionalization of the polymers like conductivity or piezo electric properties and less for increasing the strength of the materials.
Conclusion and Acknowledgements Plastics and thermoplastic compound materials can be characterized with the novel micro test specimen regarding their processing and material properties.

The mechanical property of these materials is very complicated and different from each other.
Therefore, it is impossible to express the materials’ performance truly in the crash analysis, so the only way of solving it is to simplify the materials’ model.
In order to express the materials’ performance in the analysis to the largest extent, all the commercial crash simulation software has developed relevant materials’ model to meet the engineering requirement.
On the basis of these wave data mentioned above, engineering stress-strain curve of the sample material can be achieved.

Study on Mechanical Engineering measurement and control Experimental Technique Zhigang Liu Jilin Business and Technology College, Changchun 130062, China zhigangliu1@163.com Keywords: mechanical engineering, control, experimental technique Abstract.
However, with the rapid development of technology, the rapid expansion of production scale and more and more revealed shortcomings of traditional mechanical engineering test means, it has been unable to meet the requirements of large-scale test.
The parameter measurement test of traditional mechanical engineering is realized through manual debugging and manual readings; such measurement process has a low efficiency and long cycle.
For the rapid reconfigurable mechanical engineering control experimental platform studied in this article, the key point to realize the system reorganization is reasonable choice, organization of each functional module, so as to achieve the needs of the various experimental projects.

The European industry, especially mechanical engineering industry, has lost step by step its competitiveness in the years that followed the global crisis.
The European industry, especially mechanical engineering industry, has lost step by step this advantage.
The coaching partnership in mechanical engineering The coaching main idea consists in “understanding the present” and “designing the future” [1].
The main object of the firm activity is general mechanical engineering and the products are made according to the customer’s drawings and drafts.

Actinozoan-like carbon materials prepared via a solvothermal route Yuanzhu Mi1,a, Yue Luo1,b School of Chemistry & Environmental Engineering, Yangtze University, Jingzhou 434023, P.R.China amichem@163.com, blyue1958@163.com Keywords: Actinozoan-like carbon materials; Solvothermal synthesis; Electron microscopy; Raman spectroscopy Abstract: Actinozoan-like carbon materials with high yields have been successfully synthesized via a solvothermal route in a stainless steel autoclave.
In addition, the effects of magnesium acetate and polyethylene glycol are also considered. It indicated that magnesium acetate and polyethylene glycol played a key role in the formation of actinozoan-like carbon materials.
When there was no polyethylene glycol, carbon micro-rods materials was produced using magnesium acetate and n-butyl alcohol mixture as starting materials in our previous work [20].
The formation mechanism of actinozoan-like carbon materials may be complex.
