Polyurethane aqueous based adhesive presented better interaction with both materials when compared to organic solvent based adhesive.
The high resistance to fracture is related to the strong interactions between the materials [1, 2].
For achieving that, an adhesive layer must be introduced to bond the materials together.

Currently, many researchers study tool wear morphology and cutting performance for one kind of tool material, less considering the cutting performance of many kinds of tool materials.
Fig.4 shows the v-T curve for the three tool materials.
Fig.7 illustrates the cutting temperature with different cutting speeds for the three tool materials.
