The Ti-O chemical bond has a high polarizability, making titanium oxides used for the synthesis of effective ceramic materials and nonlinear optical crystals [3, 4].
It is known that the structure and properties of oxide materials, including oxides of transition metals, strongly depend on the synthesis conditions [5-7].
In this case, the morphology and phase composition obtained micro- and nano-crystalline products is particularly sensitive to the choice of initial materials and synthesis conditions [8-11].
Materials and Methods Hydrothermal and solvothermal synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles was carried out in an autoclave with a teflon glass [11].

Materials and Methods
The oxidative methods for organic fuel materials destruction are distributed in the following sequence (table 1) with certain assumptions.
The method is flexible, it provides a full one-step fast oxidation of the organic fuel materials with the formation of harmless products.
