It appears that B addition may be beneficial while Al is advantageous in comparison to Hf addition.
Fig. 2 shows the short term oxidation curve for the Nb-20Cr-20Si-5Al alloy (Al alloy).
However, the appearance of the oxide scale in Al alloy changes at 800 and 900ºC.
The most striking feature of the oxidation of Al alloy is the internal oxidation characteristics.

However, due to the lack of understanding of these mechanisms, conclusions attained by many researchers (Voon et al. [7-9],Shedid et al.[10-11]) are not unified.

The structures of OLED samples are ITO/CuPc(150Å)/ -NPD(400Å)/Alq3(200Å)/QD(10Å)/Alq3(400Å)/Al for the undoped OLED sample, and ITO/CuPc(150Å) / -NPD (400Å)/ Alq3 (200Å) doped with QD /Alq3(400Å)/Al for the codoped sample.
Figure 5 shows the electroluminescent (EL) spectra of the OLED samples.
The peak emission wavelength of the undoped OLED was found to be 527 nm with a broad band, which is similar to EL spectra of the Alq3 material .

Hetnarski and Ignaczak in their literature review[7] pointed out five generalizations to the coupled theory:L-S theory, G-L theory,H-I theory,G-N theory of type (II), G-N theory of type III and C-T theory.Recently,Kumar[8],Deswal[9],Othman et al.[10], El-Karamany[11], Song[12], Singh[13,14], Kumar and Sharma[15] have studied various problems on wave propagation at interface between different half-spaces with microstructure by micropolar elasticity theory, micropolar generalized thermoelasticity theory or micropolar generalized thermoviscoelasticity theory.
