Introduction The voltage stability is the ability to keep or recover the power voltage within the limits of safety without voltage collapse after the power system suffers small or large disturbances[1].

The mass ratio of ball and mixed powder was 30:1 and steel balls with 12 mm diameter were introduced.
As shown in Fig. 1, the grain size of α-Fe is larger than the calculated value.

And the atomic ratio of Y and Sb in the mixture of Y2O3 and Sb2O3 are designed as 0, 1:5, 1:2, 1:1, 2:1, 5:1 and ∞.
When it increased up to 1:1, except the dominant ZnO phase, Y2O3 phase would appear, the spinel phase disappear, and an Y-Sb-O phase could also be detected.

The simplest stress distribution is formed under the action of concentrated force; stress intensity changes within the range σi = 97 – 149 MPа (КΔ = 1,53) и σi = 91 – 125 МPа (КΔ = 1,37) at the interfaces 1 and 2 respectively.
As a result of the heat flux stress intensity changes within the range σi = 83 – 464 МPа (КΔ = 5,59) и σi = 280 – 482 МPа (КΔ = 1,73) at the interfaces 1 and 2 respectively.
