The preparation of additives used in brick production consists in crushing them to a given grain size composition or in sifting.
At the same time, for samples of the same composition of the charge, but with different fineness of slag grinding, an increase in dangerous pores is observed by 26-32%, the number of transition pores decreases by 18-28%, and the compressive strength increases by 5-15%.
Analysis of the microstructure of the samples indicates the presence of grains of various sizes, between which pores of various shapes are formed, mostly closed, with a size in the range from 10.0 to 0.1 μm.
Figure 3 shows that with an increase in the dispersion of the slag in the charge to 0.0315, the number of large pores (more than 10 μm) decreases.
Their number is 0.3%.

The lattice parameters calculated from XRD pattern are a= 3.25 Å and c= 5.248 Å and the average grain size of the ZnO nanoparticles was found to be ~ 20 nm (TEM) or ~22 nm (XRD).
This is because large numbers of hydroxyl groups exist on the wet particle surface.
The average grain size of ZnO nanoparticles was found ~22 nm.
FTIR measurements were performed in the wave number range 4000-400 cm-1 using Fig. 4 FT-IR spectrum of ZnO nanoparticles.

In addition, textured SrBi2Nb2O9 (SBN), another BLSF, ceramics with various orientation factors were fabricated through the templated grain growth (TGG) method.
Process conditions of PBT, PLN, NBT and CBT calcining sintering Poling PBT 800°C, 2 h 1200°C, 2 h 10 kV/mm, at 200°C PLN 900°C, 2 h 1250°C, 2 h 10 kV/mm, at 200°C NBT 800°C, 2 h 1100°C, 2 h 10 kV/mm, at 200°C CBT 800°C, 2 h 1150°C, 2 h 10 kV/mm, at 200°C Textured SBN ceramics were fabricated using the templated grain growth (TGG) method [12].
TCF is defined as a positive number when the resonant frequency increases with increasing temperature, and as a negative number when the resonant frequency decreases with increasing temperature.
Textured SrBi2Nb2O9 (SBN) ceramics fabricated by the templated grain growth method were also studied.

Introduction Currently the most common memory device types are SRAM, DRAM, EEPROM, Flash, of which the non-volatile Flash Memory and EEPROM devices more widely discussed, especially with Flash Memory related to semiconductor process technology more predominate number.
The powder of Bi2O3, La2O3, TiO2 and V2O5 > 99.8% purity, by the calculation and allocation of powder needed weight and mole number and the powders mixed by ball milling for one hour, the powder mixture more evenly, and then dehydration in the baking heat through the furnace, so that it condenses into a solid position after grinding 20 minutes, conducted 900°C calcined four hours and then die out the required mechanisms for the two-inch target, and finally to 1000 °C high temperature sintering furnace to conduct two hours are completed Bi3.9La0.1Ti2.9V0.1O12 ceramic target. In addition, this experiment used in the study of the ITO / glass substrate, the surface degree of cleanliness is very important, will seriously affect the properties of the film after, so were the first to use acetone, isopropyl alcohol and deionized water, the use of ultrasound shock wash wash device, to ensure that the clean glass substrate and the substrate with dry nitrogen, into 100 °C oven baking 20-30 minutes
Figure 6 for different oxygen concentrations of surface roughness map, 0% oxygen concentration in the film when the roughness of 3.554 nm, when the film roughness with increasing oxygen concentration increased, leading to rapid growth since the film grain surface roughness increases.
In terms of material can be found in the surface of the crystalline film will increase as the oxygen concentration gradually increased, and when the oxygen concentration increases because of rapid growth caused by film grain surface roughness increases.

The non-hardening embrittlement mechanisms are the formation of segregations of impurities (in the first place, phosphorus) at the interface boundaries (precipitate/matrix) and at grain boundaries (the phenomenon of reversible temper brittleness) [4-8].
Fractographic and AES studies were carried out to assess the flux effect on the tendency of VVER-1000 RPV steels to intergranular embrittlement via formation of impurities segregations at grain boundaries.

Although a large number of approaches have been conducted on oxide based laminate composites, there are only a limited number of reports on the effect of sintering atmosphere during the sintering of oxide based laminate composites [6].
Considering the dense alumina layer, the abnormal grain growth of alumina was observed except for laminate sintered at vacuum atmosphere as shown in Fig. 6.
Among three atmospheres such as H2, Ar, air, the abnormal grain growth of alumina was the most prevailed in the laminate sintered at H2 atmosphere.

A flotation pyrite from Romania (Baia Mare) with a grain size of 50 to 100 µm was used for these experiments.
Samples were taken at least every second day for the determination of planktonic cell number, pH, sulfate, iron(II)- and iron(III)-ion content.
To obtain sessile cells 3 to 14 days after inoculation, approximately 5 g pyrite grains were washed with basal salt solution [4].
Development of sulfate concentration (A) and planktonic cell numbers (B) in pure cultures At. ferrooxidans ( ) and mixed cultures of At. ferrooxidans and Ap. cryptum at relations of 100:1 ( ) and 5:1 ( ). 130 rpm shake- cultures at 28 °C in the dark.

Materials & Methods Different geosubstrates were collected from the test site "Gessenwiese" and water content, cation exchange capacity CEC [2], grain density (using Gay-Lussac pycnometer), pH-water/-CaCl2 (10 g dry substrate per 25 ml H2O / CaCl2,) as well as electrical conductivity were measured using WTW (Germany) instruments and sensors (results not shown).
Surface near material of grain size < 2mm was leached in four acrylic columns equipped with sampling ports and downstream flow-through-cells for measuring electrical conductivity, redox potential, pH value and temperature.
Microbial investigations, after elution of inoculated, non-poisoned column, consisted of depth-orientated geosubstrate sampling, determination of cfu number in standard medium, detection of surviving Streptomyces using soil extract [5] and casein agar [6], Mn tolerance tests using Mn supplemented (up to 30mM) minimum medium, followed by the identification of tolerant strains.
Determination of cfu showed low numbers (10 7) compared to natural soils.

The coated polyamic acid attacks the Sn surfaces through the grain boundaries.
Since the amount of polyamic acid is in excess, the polyamic acid reacts through the grain boundaries of Sn and separates the continuous Sn layer.
