Aniline dissolves in organic compounds such as alcohol, benzene, chloroform and aceton.
Based on the aim of XRD that has been done, it can be identified the formation of two phases, where the phase consists of the main phase (BaM) and the secondary phase (Hematite).

Since welded joints are an integral part of a seamless rail track and depend on the reliability and safety of train traffic, a lot of work has been devoted to the investigation of these compounds.
Investigations aimed at improving mechanical properties of welded joints due to the doping of a thermite powder are given in [2,3].
In the zone of alloying the weld metal with the metal of the rail (Fig. 4, b), a pronounced uneven fusion boundary is visible.
Zone of welded joint (a), zone of alloying the weld metal with the metal of the rail (b), heat-affected zone at a distance of 6...8 mm from the border of a metal rail (c), heat-affected zone at a distance of 14...18 mm from the border of a metal rail (d) Fig. 5. displays the graphs of hardness variation along the length of the welded joint (surfaces A and B).

The microstructure rafting takes place as a result of γ' particles coalescence by a directional coarsening via diffusion of alloying elements.
The alloy contains (in at. %): Al, 12.1; Cr, 5.3; Co, 9.38; Nb, 0.85; Ta, 0.89; Mo, 0.69; W, 2.4; Re, 0.88 and Ni balance [14].
These arrows from NbTa-compound in interdendritic regions were formed during solidification (Fig. 2, a).

The presence of Mg2Si particles with high melting point, good hardness and low density in alloys Al-Mg-Si will improve the mechanical properties of materials as well [5].
While for composites with low elongation that could be related to more formation of Mg2Si intermetallic compound which is obtained in the microstructure (see Fig. 3).

It was found that combined contributions of welding parameters contributes significantly to the metallurgical changes by varying fractions, morphology and grain size of metallic compounds.
However, a phenomenon of embrittlement at high temperatures (600-900 °C) following the precipitation of intermetallic compounds and chromium carbides, and at low temperatures (300-550 °C) following the precipitation of martensite, residual austenite and ferrite phase (σ, α) causes a dramatic fall in mechanical and chemical properties [5-6].
In this methodology, the main aim is to optimize the process parameters through response surface.

Effect of Aluminium Alloy and Mild Steel on the productivity in sheet metal forming processes C.N.Ashok Kumar1, a, R.Deivanathan2 1 Mfg.
The aluminum alloys are having major applications in automobiles, packaging, aircraft, home appliances etc. [1] The mild steel is mainly used in heavy components to withstand impact and forces.
Just as it is desired to increase the efficiency of a machine, it is also aimed at to raise the productivity within the available resources.
There are four types of sheet metal forming dies namely Progressive, Compound, Combination and Transfer dies.
