Inorganic materials possess better electrical performance, mechanical property and low costs, so the research of inorganic materials becomes focal point of all countries.
Sol-gel routes of production have been developed to produce conducting SiO2-P2O5-Ti02 glass materials.
From Fig.7 we found the XRD didn’t show any sharp peaks, indicating that this materials prepared by sol-gel method were amorphous in nature.
