Therefore the complete form of the functional (1) is suggested for elastic-plastic materials.
For the perfectly plastic materials the is determined by the following relationship [5]; (12) where is a proper yield criterion suited for this problem and is the elastic coefficient of the hook’s law.

Nano-ceramic materials and composite nano-sized solid materials
in mechanical industries have a broad application prospect.
It is suitable for manufacturing micro-mechanical components by using a variety of metals and non-metallic materials.
One is the theory of micro-mechanism, the other is the material science of micro-mechanism, and another is the nano tribology [13].
The major research works on the material science of micro-mechanism are listed as follows: (1) Research on the materials of micro-structure and its physical properties; (2) Study on the mechanical analysis and the failure laws of micro-mechanical structure.

To produce Portland cement, a large amount of natural raw materials with high energy consumption is needed for its firing, especially high thermal energy consumption.
Therefore, it is very difficult to design a different composition of raw meal to save both energy and natural raw materials while achieving high quality and durability.
Materials and Methods The raw materials for the preparation and subsequent firing of the raw meal were calcium carbonate, CaCO3 (p.a., Penta), amorphous silica, SiO2 (p.a., Lach-Ner) and boric acid, H3BO3 (p.a., Penta), as a stabilizer.

Concrete is composed of the materials sand, gravel, cement, and water, all of which are difficult to obtain.
Worldwide, natural resources in the form of natural aggregates are currently running out due to an uncontrollable demand for raw materials [5].
Experimental Programme Materials.
Cement, water, river sand and coarse aggregate are among the materials used to produce concrete.
