The European CS-VLA (Very Light Aeroplanes) has landing gear sections listed in the CS-VLA 479~483 and CS-VLA 723~733, although there is more details on VLA static and dynamic requirements, but the specification still assumes the use of shock absorbers.

To achieve this, three works must be done, as follows: collecting road data and modeling tri-dimensional roads in TTA, receiving and saving vehicles’ positional and status data in real time, building vehicle’s motion equation in TTA, redeveloping based on Xj3D, and showing vehicle’s model in X3D environment, etc(Fig 1).

It was said that the base strip is cast by the upper twin roll caster, and the overlay strips are cast by the lower caster, a clad ratio of 1:8:1, which is the same as that of a brazing sheet, was attained by controlling the solidification length.
A vertical type twin roll caster is shown in Fig.1. and experimental conditions are shown in Table 1. 10kg of 6111 alloy was melted in the vacuum induction melting furnace.
In the initial stage of twin roll casting process, the initial roll gap was set at 1.0mm.
