This material contains a lot of valuable components such as REE and niobium (mas., %: 12,8 ΣREO (rare earth oxides), 0.039 Sc, 18.4 P2O5, 9.9 Fe, 9.0 Al, 0.24 ThO2, 8.2 Nb2O5).
These products are raw materials to extract target components.
It is necessary to find a more effective acid decomposition process of this raw material.

Adhesion and Corrosion Resistance Properties of TiC/Ti(CN)/TiN Multilayer CVD Coatings on 42CrMo Steels Zhang Jin a ,Xue Qib ,Cheng Xiaoweic ,Zhang Chunmeid ,Li Songxia e school of Materials Science & Engineering, Southwest Petroleum University Chengdu 610500 P.R.China a jzhang@swpu.edu.cn, b qxue01@163.com, ccxw0261@sina.com, d zcm_331@163.com, e lisongxiay@163.com Keywords:TiC/Ti(CN)/TiN multilayer coatings;CVD;corrosion behavior;adhesion Abstract.
There are in general two ways of improving the corrosion resistance of the steels. One way is to use Ni,Cr alloy etc, having better corrosion resistance to supplanted classes of engineering materials. However, the high cost of the mental prohibits its widespread use[1] .The other is to enhance the surface properties of the steels. Most steel failures due to corrosion are known to be initiated at the surface. The advantage to the coatings is that the substrate can be optimized for properties.Different types of coatings have found different engineering application.Ti based hard coatings(TiN,TiC,Ti(CN)) obtained by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) are attractive materials due to its high hardness, good wear resistance, chemical stability [2] .

In order to accurately evaluate the materials, structures and manufacture of DSSC, an exact measurement method on DSSCs’ photovoltaic character is necessary.
It was reported the traditional monochromatic incident photon-to-electron conversion efficiency (IPCE) measurement method in previous studies, such as the American Society for Testing and Materials standard (ASTM), is not suitable for measuring the IPCE of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) [3].

This operation can influence on the mechanical and microstructural properties of the deformed materials The Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloys are largely used in automotive industry and in the applications in aerospace due to excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and good formability, [1-3].
