While the physical origin of interface state is not still well understood, it has been found that high-temperature (1100°C) thermal oxidation causes metamorphosis of the SiC structure at the MOS interface to the so-called carbon cluster, which generates interface states [6].
The oxygen vacancies are produced by replacing Ti4+ with Mg2+ in the SrTiO3 lattice of the basic ABO3 perovskite structure.

Microstructure and mechanical properties of Al2O3/TiAl in situ composites doped with Fe2O3

The structure of the as-synthesized composites becomes finer with more uniform distribution and dispersion of Al2O3 particles, and the grain size of the matrix becomes smaller.

Due to unique a hollow tubular structure, carbon nanotubes(CNTs) not only can provide the fast channel of the reactant and product but also can prepare the specific properties of catalytic materials, and have a good chemical stability, high mechanical strength and corrosion properties, as a support, CNTs have been attracted wide-spread attention[3].
The crystal structure was not changed when CNTs was introduced into composites.

The resistance to the protease of β-lactoglobulin was strong, the antigen decline was relatively low. β-lactoglobulin is three dimensional beta barrel structure, this structure has a high potential for allergies, studies showed that allergy-related epitopes was widely distributed on β-lactoglobulin, some allergic epitopes were difficult to release even after hydrolysis.

Many researchers suggested that the deposition of water insoluble surfactant structures on mineral play an important role in flotation, and it has been demonstrated that DDA coated surface reach maximum hydrophobicity in a very narrow pH range(between 8 and 10), and a minimum concentration of reagent is required to induce hydrophobicity.
So another explanation is the formation of DDA precipitation, and the structures have been described as droplets, colloids and micelles.
