Water samples from the dry weather flow discharges around Shuangyang and Anshan CSPSs were taken and monitored for 10 times during August, 2008 to May, 2009.
Until 2012, the DWDs had experienced a rapid decline of 50.9% from 2008.
From 2008 to 2012, the WWDs during the rainy seasons accounted for 63.31-87.75% of the total annual volume.
The proportion of DWDs to the total discharged water volume dropped from 25.59% (2008) to 12.27% (2012).
