However, the reliability of automatic ultrasonic inspection is also affected by several other factors.
For complex surface components, the ultrasonic probes’ direction, the scanning speed and the scanning gap are also important factors.
However, the inspection result is not always reliable for the reason that there are many factors which give rise to uncertainty.
Using the symmetry properties of , equation (7) can be reduced to (8) This is a cumulative lognormal distribution function with mean and standard deviation given by and .
Through the above steps, the POD curves can be drawn considerating different factors.

The intensity of scuffing is also affected by such factors as a dynamic increase in temperature or changes in the kinetics of friction pair.
These factors show that scuffing is a very complex process [1,3].

After machining, a large number defect of shrinkage cavity and porosity can often be found in the groove and hub of the pulley roughcast (see Fig.1), and sometimes even in every pulley roughcasts, which serious affects the mechanical properties and performance of pulleys, or even scraps them.
The influencing factors of the defect of shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity Casting structure The roughcast at issue is a kind of heavy casting.

The purpose is to realize the mechanical or electrical connections between components, sealing and protection.
These factors lead to the precise control difficult to the amount of fluid coating to the substrate and the poor volumes consistency.
(7) Control of Liquid Dots Volume of Dispensed Fixed the dispensing equipments and dispensing period T, and assumed the liquid properties also without changes in the dispensing process, according to the developed liquid dots volume model, the dispensed dots volume W is the function of the source pressure Pc, solenoid valve open time t and the syringe air chamber volume Vr, that is W = f (Pc, t, Vr).
Simulation and Results Due to the influence of random factors, the repeatability of the experimental results was very poor for the micro-dispensing system.

The nano-sized filler has a polyfunctional influence on the structure and properties of calcium-silicate and cement materials, takes part in the formation of new chemical compounds and the structure of pore walls.
Models of synergetic belong to the nonlinear nonequilibrium systems which are affected by fluctuations.
Disclosure of the phenomenon of self-organization, essence of nonlinear development of system, a role of separate physical, chemical, mechanical factors in formation of structure and properties of materials, etc. is possible.
Each level differs in the nature of self-organization that defines creation of materials with the set properties.
The novelty of the suggested solutions lies in the representation of contact formation zone as a multilayer system with different rheological properties.

Besides, the milling force is an important factor for self-adaptive control of milling process.
In order to study the milling cutter properties under the conditions of micro-milling cutter, this section carries the experiments of processing the brittle materials quartz glass using Micro-diameter carbide ball-end milling cutter.
To study the effect of each single factor on milling force and milling process, the experiment is carried out using single-factor method, i.e., one certain factor is changed with the others left the same.
In this paper, the single factors during milling are axial milling depth, feed rate, milling speed, and inclination of the tool, respectively.
The main factors that can affect stressed deformation condition of ball-end mill are axial cutting depth, feeding speed, spindle speed and spindle obliquity.

These factors are responsible for the crystallographic reversibility of martenstic transformations.
In contrast to the mechanical properties, the corrosion and electrochemical characteristics can only be referred to as “material/medium” properties [24, 65].
In vivo corrosion behavior is function of multiple factors of chemical, physical and biological nature and, therefore, difficult to predict.
Therefore an investigation of effect age-hardening on mechanical and functional properties was performed.

Dielectric properties of Pure and Strontium doped Nano-Hydroxyapatite Kashmira P.
It is also important to study that how trace elements affect the crystal structure of HAp and its properties.
Strontium increases bone formation and reduces bone re-sorption, thus leading to again in bone mass and improved bone mechanical properties [8].
The electrical properties of HAp have also attracted the attention of many biologist and material scientist [9] because the knowledge of the electrical properties is expected to be a great aid in understanding the cellular phenomena in bone and the developing of bone prostheses [10,11].

Experiments demonstrated that the Pd/Fe bimetallic particles could catalyze dechlorination process effectively, which was affected by several factors such as reaction temperature, Pd/Fe ratio, and the induction of Pd/Fe.
Due to its excellent film forming and protective properties, shellac is widely used in food industry, paint industry and pharmaceutical industry [1,2,3,4,5,6].
Compact chlorine affects the physicochemical properties of shellac and limits the usage in food industry and pharmaceutical area.
,Ltd., China). 2 Results and discussion 2.1 Elementary analyze and physicochemical properties testing The elementary analyze results and physicochemical properties of shellac, partial dechlorination shellac and low chlorine shellac dechlorinated by catalytic hydrogenation were displayed in Table 1.
The samples of low chlorine shellac was stored in refrigerator at 4~7°C for properties investigation.
