Their limited osteogenic potential and their low mechanical properties are
one of their main drawbacks compared to bone grafts[3, 4].
All these parameters have a specific influence on bioceramics final mechanical properties too [11].
The biological, chemical, and mechanical properties at the bone/material interface are therefore essential to ensure a good osteointegration of the implant[22].
Biofunctionnality of CaPCs is limited by low initial mechanical properties compared to host bone ones.

It was regarded as one of the most desirable materials to prepare short wavelength optoelectronic devices for the good optoelectronic properties and excellent mechanical behavior.
The type and quality of substrate material are key factors that affect epitaxial growth, so hexagonal phase sapphire has been chosen for substrate in this paper.

Therefore, the coupler casting process optimization should start from the origin to prevent the original crack caused by material and manufacturing factors as well as the crake caused by stress concentration due to casting defects.
With these measures, comprehensive mechanical properties of couplers, parts organization continuity, anti-fatigue and working life are expected to be improved and important practical significance in protecting the safety of trains on the railway will be witnessed.
The thermal property curve of the alloy is shown in fig.6.
Fig. 9 Shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity Fig.10 Solidification time The main factors that lead to shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity defects in the investment casting process are as follows.
Alloy shrinkage factors for the investment casting of 17-4PH stainless steel parts[J].Metallurgical and Materials Transactions B,2008,39(2):317-330

In the API X65 steel, effects of rolling and cooling conditions on microstructure and
mechanical properties were studied.
In this study, the effect of the multipass severe rolling on microstructure and mechanical properties has been analyzed in terms of rolling and cooling processes in the API X65 steel, which is a typical low carbon microalloyed steel widely used.
Results and Discussion Fig. 1 shows tensile properties.
Fig. 1 - Tensile properties with rolling and Fig. 2 - Tensile flow curves with cooling cooling conditions.
Thus, reduction of separation cracking is a significant factor in improving the impact toughness.

Temperature, oxygen level and the presence of nutrients are the main factors influencing the rate of biodegradation.
A lack of oxygen is usually the limiting factor for in-situ bioremediation.
A dark-brown oil slick covered at least 183 km2 of ocean near the damaged Xingang port, with 50 km2 severely affected.
The effective treatment of oil spills can minimize the loss of marine ecology, human lives and property.
Together, these factors usually mean that only a small fraction of a major spill can be dealt with at sea, and it is almost inevitable that oil will threaten coastal resources.

The performance of bearing has great influence on mechanical components and fatigue is one of the most important failure modes.
The process of fatigue damage usually accompanies with the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks, and the crack extension further affects the damage degree and fatigue life of mechanical components.
While Deng has studied the propagation rules of surface crack and the influence factors using FE method [3].
So the extension of the crack can be quantitatively described by stress intensity factor (SIF).
The material is 20CrNi2Mo with the properties of Young’s modulus E=210GPa and Poison’s ratio 0.3.

Main Parameters of Simulation Laser Equipment
The simulation laser parameters is same as the experiment laser technical parameters, specifically as
follows: rated power output is 1500W; beam mode TEM01; power instability is below 2%; beam
divergence angle (half angle) is 1mrad; the output beam diameter before focusing is 26mm;
diffraction limit factor M
2 is 1.26.
So along the welding direction the laser power is greater, the heat affected area is greater, the cooling rate is slower, it is disadvantageous to control the heat-affected zone grain growth.
As laser power increases, penetration depth will increase, the zone of molten material enlarge, the heat-affected zone is greater, the temperature of heat affected zone is much higher.
By the lower laser speed, the depth of the heat affected zone inner workpiece increases, the width remains unchanged.
Meanwhile the heat-affected temperature increasing range of the node also increases.

Simulation of HVOF coating is extremely complex to analyze, since its properties and microstructure depend on numerous processing parameters.
The other properties for WC-Co are given in the table 1 below.
Table 1 Properties of WC-Co.
All other properties are kept same as before.
Another important factor is plastic strain within the particle.

Systems and products whose behaviour is not affected by this area of uncertainty are called robust [6].
The line graph represents the functional performance f of a system depending on influencing factors.
Developing resilient systems, the scientific approach is affected significantly by the systems complexity.
In general forces are transferred by mechanical parts.
It causes a torque and can change the load transmitting properties of the guidance element by increasing or decreasing the friction force in the joint.

The change in surface composition and physical properties can interfere
with the sintering process as well as with the biological behaviour of the ceramics and a special
effort should be made to control these events at all levels from processing to handling, storage and
packaging.
However, ceramic processing often alters the location of trace elements inside crystals, at grain boundaries or on the surface of ceramics, thus affecting their biological behaviour.
The atomic ratios of the elements analysed were determined using the Scofield sensitivity factors.
The role of these impurities in the mechanical properties of the ceramics and their degradation in vivo, have yet to be studied.
Volatile organic components may be found in any place and have various sources, the gathering of these substances on the surface of ceramics is related to their surface properties and seems to be favoured on HA compared to biphasic surfaces.
