GeoChip data pre-processing.
Raw data obtained using ImaGene were uploaded to our lab’s microarray data manager (http://ieg.ou.edu/microarray/) and pre-processed using the data analysis with the following major steps: (i) Spots flagged as poor-quality by ImaGene 6.1 and with a signal to noise ratio [SNR, SNR = (Signal Intensity-Background) / Standard deviation of background] less than 2.0 were removed.
Preprocessed GeoChip data were used for further statistical analysis [6,9].
In total 13 elements were detected in two AMDs (data not shown), which included S, Ca, Mg, Fe, Al, Mn, Na, Si, K, Cu, P, Zn and Ni.
There are a total of 134nif genes for nitrogen fixation, 285 genes (ureC and gdh) for ammonification, 31 nasA genes for assimilatory nitrate/nitrite reduction, 330 genes (amoA, amoB and hao) for nitrification, and 289 genes (narG, nirS, nirK, narB, norB and nosZ) for denitrification across four samples (data not shown).

Introduction It is extremely desirable to acquire high-quality data from vibration tests for many areas of applications.
The effect of noisy data on the success of many applications in vibration engineering has been an important subject of research.
Pickrel [1] focused on the assessment of the quality of the data and used the singular value decomposition (SVD) technique to estimate the effects of frequency band, number of measurement locations and signal-to-noise ratio in measured response data.

Based on stress-strain data, processing maps of the steel were established.
At the same reduction, the stress increased with the increase in the strain rate and decrease in the temperature.
Fig.6 (a) shows the changes of elongation and reduction of area after compression under various reduction ratios and compression temperatures.
From Fig.6(a), it can be observed that the elongation and reduction of area increase with increasing the temperature and reduction ratio.

The crack-closure concept has not yet been able to correlate data in the threshold regime, either from load-reduction tests at constant R or constant Kmax tests.
Fig. 1 FCG rate data at low and high stress ratio for load-reduction Fig. 2 FCG rate data for a constant Kmax and different stress ratio Fig. 2 shows a comparison of test data generated at R = 0.1 and 0.7 using the load reduction method.
However, the load-reduction test method has been shown to produce higher thresholds and lower rates in the near-threshold regime than steady state constant-amplitude data on a wide variety of materials.
Thus, the load-reduction test method does not, in general, produce constant-amplitude FCG data.
The constant R test results at 0.95 agreed well with the DKeff-rate data, while the R = 0.9 data agreed well with constant Kmax test data in the low-rate regime.

CC2431 is a ZigBee wireless location chips, during 2.4G ISM band wireless achieving data transmission function, which integrates a 51-core chip microcontroller with a 14bit A /D.
The framework structure of the data terminal, CC2431 as to the core components, is shown in Figure 1.
Oxidation and reduction reactions to produce a current proportional to the oxygen concentration, follow Farada's law.
This node can send data packets to each other information on each location through the Internet.
Testing personnel wear data terminal during the test zone to run fast moving , uploading data to located information significantly lag; when less than 5Km / h speed mobile, data upload timely, no lag, positioning error <10m; when stationary, positioning error <5m, In the three cases, environmental parameters and vital signs are stable and reliable.

The reduction of weight of steel reinforcement by subjecting reinforced concrete specimens to chloride water (6% concentration) was 2.61 % for ordinary reinforced concrete and by using waterproof –polymer concrete with poly fibers, the reduction was less and its value was 0.93% and that was for 6 months' exposure, and for 1-year exposure, the reduction in steel reinforcement weight was 4.72% for ordinary concrete and 1.4% for waterproof concrete.
The ordinary concrete (reference mixes) gives average compressive strength of 33.2 MPa for cylinders and flexural strength of 2.74 MPa and by using admixtures and polyfibers compressive and flexural strength increased gradually with increasing the dosage of integral waterproofing admixture until 2% , the compressive strength then increased to 46.2 MPa and flexural strength increased to 9.45 MPa .the absorption of concrete decreases by using admixtures 5.9 % to 1.17 % and the reduction of steel reinforcement for specimens subjected to chloride water was high for ordinary concrete and very less for modified concrete , and for 2% integral waterproof admixture ,the reduction becomes 0.93 % while for ordinary concrete was 2.6 % and that was for 6 months exposure for chloride attack , and for 12 months attack, the reduction also was decreased from 4.7 to 1.4% and that attributed to the action of polymers and the chains of polycarboxylate inside waterproof admixture which decrease the water/cement
It should be noted that figures 4 and 5 show the increase in compressive strength and flexural strength for various mixes by using the same percentages of polypropylene fibers and integral water-proof admixture, the SBR admixture can be concluded from the same X-direction of the figure as mentioned in data in table 6, so no need to put the values in SBR ratios, and that also correct in figures 6 and 7 which are described the reduction in absorption and weight loss for steel reinforcement.
Details of results data used (note: all modified mixes contain polypropylene fiber range from 0.25% to 2%).
The relationship between percentages of waterproofing admixture, polypropylene fiber, and Reduction in steel reinforcement weight (note: the same X-direction of curve contain SBR % Ranged between 0%-8%) References [1].

To support employees in technology- and process-oriented domains, AMAG data scientists develop analytical tools for data exploration and data analysis.
High quality data and pre-processing is key to a representative, reliable data analysis result.
To ensure data is correct we strive to make data representative: It must capture the absolute maximum of information and accuracy it possibly can.
Consistency of industrial data also varies strongly.
It can be updated easily when new data is available.

Studies have shown that: the past 10 years the average annual reduction rate of 0.72% Lixian County arable land, and the reduction since 2002, much faster, In the spatial region, most dramatic change is more economically developed society Liwu Town, Dabaichi Town, Xinxing Town and Liushi Town.
Characteristics analysis of dynamic change of cultivated land resources Time series characteristics analysis of the dynamic change of cultivated land resources From table 1,we can see that the cultivated area in Lixian County has been declining since 2001 began, until 2010, the total reduction of cultivated area of Lixian County was 3428 hm2, and the average reduction was about 343 hm2 annual, with an average annual decrease rate was 0.72%.
The last column data in Table 2 is obtained according to this formula, they can reflect the regional differences of cultivated land use change of each township in Lixian County very visually.
Driving forces analysis of dynamic change of cultivated land resources According to the thoughts and requirements of the principal component analysis, the data from 2001 to 2010 were selected as the base, combined with the collected data, 12 representative index were selected :X1 represents total population (million), X2 represents rural population (million), X3 represents GDP (million), X4 represents per capita GDP (yuan), X5 represents total retail sales of social consumer goods (million), X6 represents fixed asset investment (million yuan) , X7 represents the added value of first industry (million), X8 represents the added value of second industry (million yuan), X9 represents the added value of the third industry (million yuan), X10 represents grain yield(T), X11 represents net income of rural residents (yuan),X12 was the total power of agricultural machinery (10000 kW) [4].
Conclusion (1) During the decades(from 2001 to 2010), the cultivated land-use in Lixian County occurred a large variation, total cultivated area and per capita arable land both showed a decreasing trend, the average annual reduction rate was 0.72%, and the reduction accelerated since 2002
