The successful manufacturing of two material parts by powder metallurgy depends on some variables related to materials and processing.
The results of two material parts were very successful in terms of resistance, if compared with single materials.

By applying the topology optimization method to the design process of the HTM series machining center, the utilization of materials will be improved and the production costs will be reduced.
Introduction With the development of mechanical science, the new demands on the mechanical design is how to improve the utilization of materials and reduce the manufacturing costs of the machine.
Its core idea is an imaginary variable density material introduced artificially whose relative density is correspond to the elastic modulus of the material.

Along with the progress of materials and structures, deflection and axial load conversion which is the important and basic problem still need further investigation and discussion for reasonably revision.
However, considered mechanics model, subgrade module, materials behavior and parameter have certain difference between the theory and the actual condition, Design Specification adopted the correction coefficient F (see Eq.1) [11,12], but the F value by Eq.2 is usually less than 1, when the deflection value is 30(0.01mm) is 0.58; when the deflection value is 50(0.01mm) is 0.7; when the deflection value is 130(0.01mm) is just 1.01.

In the 1990s, SUMF was synthesized by Lahalih as sand-fixing agent [3]; Wei Xiucheng developed LZU series sand-fixing material, conducted field experiment and obtained good results [4]; Zhang Hua applied macromolecule material YDL to sand-fixing, but these materials were too expensive [5].
It also had good application and development prospects because of its widely used raw materials and low costs.

Introduction
Mg alloys with high specific strength, low density, and high damping capacity are prominent materials in the control of vibration and noise.
Their research contributes to the understanding and development of new, improved and more accurate technologies for materials according to current needs of different industries [7,8].
