Literature [3] studies the method of the implementation of integrated resource planning, which can bring economic efficiency and carbon reduction benefits to the electric power enterprises .Literature [4] sets up a evaluation index system of coordination degree of low carbon power grid planning, based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and distance coordination degree model to evaluate the coordination degree of low carbon power grid planning.
Determination of the key events which impact power planning Key events influenced the development of system is that the factors play an important role in the development of the system, usually get by system analysis and on the basis of the comprehensive expert opinion and historical data.
represents the low-carbon electricity development demand: as the country gradually enhance the requirements of emission reduction targets of the electric power industry, power generation enterprises have to adopt new low-carbon electricity technology.
It can be learnt from the analysis that the operation of clean energy of wind power and low-carbon electricity technology of carbon capture makes plan one meet key events preferably, which means meeting the requirements of energy conservation and emissions reduction of electric power industry preferably.

Modal Parameter Control and Forward Dynamic Design of Laminates Jiaxing Sun1,a, Lingyu Sun2,b*, Rihan Wang1,c, Bingyan Shi1,d 1School of Transportation Science and Engineering, Beihang University, 37 Xueyuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100191, China 2Beijing Hangshu Vehicle Data Research Institute Co., LTD., Beijing, 100062, China aby2113108@buaa.edu.cn, bLysun@buaa.edu.cn, cwangrihan@buaa.edu.cn, dsy2413102@buaa.edu.cn Keywords: Composite laminate; Frequency shift; Modal parameter control; Forward design; Finite element method.
Frequency reduction and nodal line inclination control: [0]17→[453/0/-453/90/0]S.
This study employed forward design to develop a composite rear floor, achieving 50% weight reduction compared to steel.
UDL nodal lines align with FOAs; MDLs are governed by outer-layer FOAs, with greater influence when layers are farther from the neutral surface. (3) Case validation: The optimized composite rear floor achieves a 50% weight reduction and a 100% increase in the first natural frequency compared to steel, avoiding resonance ranges without modifying the geometry.

When the sintering temperature is increased to 1600ºC the values of fracture toughness suffer a reduction.
In previously studies [16] it was demonstrated that the increase of sintering temperature reduces the ceramics reliability, parameter which is measured by Weibull statistics, indicating that samples sintered at 1500ºC, 1530ºC and 1600ºC show Weibull modulus reduction which is approximately 10.4, 10.2 and 9.8, respectively.
With the porosity reduction and the grain size increase it is observed a clear translucence increasing in sintered materials, which indicates that the raise of translucence values is directly related to the decrease of grain boundaries and materials porosity, conditions that prevent light passage on a surface.

For TNAs electrode, the cathodic peak related to the reduction of Ti(IV) species appears at ca. -0.8 V [21,22], and subsequently the current related to H2 increases dramatically with increasing potential negatively.
Compared with those on TNAs, the currents related to the reduction of Ti(IV) species and H2 production on CuO-TNAs electrodes increase, and the corresponding potentials shift to positive, indicating that CuO modification is beneficial to the reduction of Ti(IV) species and H2 evolution.
In order to obtain a physical picture of the electrode/electrolyte interface and the process occurring at the electrode surface, experimental data were modeled using non-linear-least-square fit analysis (NLLS) software and electrical equivalent circuit shown in the inset of Fig.4A.

The models are generated in CATIA based on the clinical data obtained from a patient using Ultrasound Doppler.
The simulations will help to interpret the existing in vivo data, and eventually lead to the development of improved imaging techniques [2].
Initially, steady state flow characteristics in the carotid bifurcation are studied based on the standard geometry obtained from actual data considering Newtonian flow.

Based on the data collected, an analysis was performed to identify the best quality hole.
In some instances, dry and semi dry drilling are preferred due to the reduced energy consumption as well as a reduction of polluting substances [6].
The force data acquisition was acquired by attaching the material to the dynamometer which relays the data to a control unit and a computer.

The RegCM4 performs well in “current” climate (1970-1999) simulations by compared with the available surface station data, focusing on near-surface air temperature and precipitation.
The Huang-Huai-Hai (3H) region in China, which comprises most of the North China Plain, has experienced a reduction in precipitation at an average rate of 2.92 mm year−1, and a temperature increase at an average rate of 0.20 °C decade−1 with minimum temperature increasing more rapidly than maximum temperature since 1950 [2].
Previous studies have already demonstrated that RCMs can generate regional scale details of climate variables more accurately through downscaling forcing data from GCMs [7; 8].

And a lack of data on application of Mg(OH)2 to peroxide bleaching of non-wood fibres still exists.
The presence of a strong alkali could facilitate cellulose degradation and caused the reduction of viscosity of the bleached pulp.
Therefore, the costs associated with effluent treatment would be significantly decreased with the substantial reduction of COD.

This is because the multi arches cancel out certain blast loads at supports of two adjacent arches and lead to a reduction of the loads transferred to the inner panel and the panel boundary.
The calibrated numerical model [1] validated by the experimental and numerical data in [7] are used to carry out the simulations in this study.
