The Thermal Insulation Design for Refuge Chamber Wang Cancai1, a, Chang Degong2,b 1School of Polymer Science and Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and technology, Qingdao, China 2College of Electromechanical Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and technology, Qingdao, China accwang517@126.com, bhyg867@163.com Keywords: refuge chamber; thermal insulation; heat transfer; heat radiation Abstract.
Mineral wool and acrogel were used as the heat insulation materials because of their excellent heat insulation and fire resistance capability.
Table.1 Parameters of heat insulation material material density [Kg/m3] Thermal conductivity [W/m·K] Specific heat capacity [J/(kg·K)] Q345 steel 7800 50 480 acrogel 208 0.020 400 Mineral wool 50 0.038 0.22 aluminium silicate 100 0.038 0.2 After selected the materials, the next thing is to determine the dimensions of each layer.
The price of materials is the most important thing that the manufacturer concerns.

On the time domain, strong dependencies were found for both materials for tool wear, cutting force and feed force.
The relationship between tool life and cutting speed for both materials is presented in Fig. 1 (c).
Cutting force is presented in Fig. 5 as function of flank wear for the evaluated materials.
Flank wear (VBMax) showed a linear relationship with cutting force for both materials tested.

The results suggest that the Pb-free glass frit would be applicable for barrier rib materials in PDP.
A batch of each composition, consisting of high purity raw materials was well mixed with a mortar and a pestle.
Similarly the highest E and H value were obtained after sintering at 560 for 1 h, therefore suggesting that this Pb-free glass frit would be suitable for barrier rib materials in PDP.

Introduction Acoustic emission technique detected and analyzed the emission signal materials produced in a mechanical process by means of the sound, so as to obtain the changes of the internal structure of materials information.
Therefore, how to establish between acoustic emissions signals with material mechanics process connection is one of the important research content of the acoustic emission technique.
Acoustic emission signal is after deformation and cracking of the material after processing the information, but can still reflect the variation of the internal structure of materials.
