Recrystallization textures in heavily cold-rolled Ni3Al based single crystals Masahiko Demura1, a, Ya Xu 1,b and Toshiyuki Hirano1,c 1 National Institute for Materials Science, 1-2-1 Sengen, Tsukuba, Ibaraki 305-0047, Japan a DEMURA.Masahiko@nims.go.jp, bXU.Ya@nims.go.jp, cHIRANO.Toshiyuki@nims.go.jp Keywords: Intermetallics, Two-phase alloys, Ni-base superalloys, Electron backscattered diffraction method Abstract.
First, the cold-rolled foil had a strong {110} texture, as shown in Fig. 1(a).
Surprisingly, the texture returned to the same {110} texture as the cold rolled one after the grain growth at higher temperatures, typically 1273K (Fig. 1(c)).

Fig. 1 was DSC/TGA curves of the green body.
Referring to P/A1 molar ratio in Table 1, it can be deduced that adsorbed water is lost at 50-200℃; peak 1 (218.17℃); peak 2 (277℃) and peak 3 (362.67℃) may be due from chemical reactions such as equation(2).
As the temperature increased, reaction (1) and phase transition occurred at 776.64℃(peak 5).

The magnitude of ERPCOH varied between 0 (absence of synchronization) and 1 (perfect synchronization).
Time-frequency representations of the ERPCOH data were used in the theta, alpha-1, alpha-2, beta-1 (13–20 Hz), beta-2, and gamma bands.
For the early component (see Fig. 1(A)), both the 7-year-old children and 11-year-old children had lower ERPCOH values in alpha-1 and alpha-2 bands than the adults.

The results showed that, (1) Before and after washout occur, the pressure distribution inside and outside the drill string changed significantly.
The specific input parameters are shown in Table 1, in which the nozzle is simplified as a circular hole with a diameter of 20mm.

Four conditions were investigated: (1) PWHT at 650 °C for 1 hour, (2) low interpass temperature at 250 °C, (3) high interpass temperature at 600 °C, and (4) temper bead welding with 17 overlapping beads.
Pipe ends were beveled at 30° on both sides to make a V-groove configuration (Fig. 1) with a total groove angle of 60°.
