Silica crucibles has unique properties such as high temperature performance, good mechanical strength, exceptional resistance to thermal shock, thermal and electrical insulation and chemical stability [1].
The results of the sensitivity analysis and the respective weighting factors are shown in Figure 3 Fig. 3 Sensitivity analysis of the impact of the monitored parameters on MOR.
It appears, therefore, that the dominant variables that affect the overall strength of the tested specimens are porosity and d10%.
The sum of the weights (sensitivity) factors of all analyzed variables is 735, while the two most influential variables (porosity and d10%) have a summary weighting factor of 620.

Gil studied the effect of cooling rate on βTi, which can vary in length, width and tensile properties of Widmanstätten structure.
The phase diagram and microstructure were then incorporated with the results of EDS and XRD, in order to study the possible phase(s) in affecting the strength. 3.

For eliminating the influence from the hard and brittle nature of the intermetallic compound Ti2(Cu, Ni) on the mechanical properties, the optimal post-vacuum-brazing treatment for Ti-6Al-4V would drive the atoms of residual filler, Ti-15Cu-15Ni, to diffuse continuously.

The factors which limit the usual techniques are many folded.
This inherent inadequacy of these fluids makes the heat removal mechanism less effective even with the best utilization of their flow properties.
Effective heat transfer improvement affects many different fields.

During the nineties of XX century numerous works have delt with the determination of the third element location on the L12 lattice sites, because the mechanical properties of the trialuminides are strongly affected by the nearest neighbour atoms interaction [2, 3].
The obtained values of the fitting reliability factors are: RF=2.05% (R value for structure F parameter), RB=3.22% (R value for Bragg intensities) and overall profile factor RP=13.9%.
Reliability factors: RB = 2.05, RF = 3.22.

However, material mechanical properties and the contact condition between the rollers and plate are complex nonlinear relationship.
Fig. 2 Relationship between the plastic deformation ratio and the entry intermesh (a)Exit intermesh factor; (b) yield stress factor; (c) Young’s modulus factor; (d) material thickness factor; (e) leveling roller spacing factor; (f) initial curvature factor Plastic deformation ratio is a function of process parameters, such as intermesh, yield stress, material thickness, Young’s modulus, and so on.
Young’s modulus and roller spacing affect plastic deformation ratio but they do not changed the trend as shown in Fig.2 (c) and Fig.2 (e).

For the application of transparent dielectric layer of PDP (Plasma display panel), a Pb-free glass, ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass, was measured for thermal and optical properties after forming thick films.
Results and Discussion The thermal properties (Tg, Ts and CTE) of 42ZnO-26B2O3-10SiO2-14RO+8RF glass system showed the results, which are available for a dielectric in PDP: Tg 480℃, Ts 585℃, and CTE 76X10-7/K.
It is supposed that large size, above 10um seems to affect to form a number of pores in thick films.
Glass sintering rate depends on the packing structures, shapes of powder, green density, coordination number as well as the physical properties of glass, particle size, viscosity and surface tension [4].
In this work, considering other factors are constant except the particle size during firing stage, the inherent pores, gaps between glass particles play an important role for transmittance of thick films.

These favorable properties endow magnesium alloys with great potential to reduce energy consumption in the automotive, aerospace and other industries.
Hence, considerable effort has been devoted to explore approaches to achieve enhanced material properties.
The quasi-static tensile mechanical properties of the materials fabricated corresponding to a strain rate of 10-4 s-1, were determined using an Instron 8874 universal testing machine.
These results indicate that: (1) the addition of nanoparticles to the matrix improves the tensile mechanical properties; (2) the nanoparticles do not affect the hardening behavior of AZ31 - i.e. the dominant plastic deformation mechanism in the matrix material is not altered.
However, the manner in which the nanoparticles interact with the matrix material at the micro scale to generate a constant increase in the tensile properties is still unclear, and further investigation is required; (3) the effect of the nanoparticles on the tensile mechanical properties may be rate independent.
