Thus it has become one of the most widely used structural materials in the aviation industry [1-3].
It has been previously reported that [5-6] cryogenic treatment could improve the microstructures, stabilize the dimensions and prevent the deformation of metal materials [3-6].

The two materials together according to the form of composite beam can avoid the disadvantages of them and give full play to the advantages of two kinds of materials, forming the structure of high strength, high stiffness, good ductility.
Flange and web of equal thickness, the flange thickness of 0.01m, web thickness is 0.02m.In this paper three kinds of steel with the same section area, their proportion were 28.3.Materials using linear element.
The other is according to the material selection and specification level experience, strength and other indicators.
