Introduction III-V group semiconductor materials (InSb, InAs and their solid solutions) are among the most widely used materials of magnetic field sensors.
Concentration dependence of the change rate for charge carrier concentration of all the studied materials has linear character.
Its intersection with zero axis makes it possible to determine the optimum initial charge carrier concentration for each of the materials under research.
The values of the optimum charge carrier concentration for each studied material, which would ensure a minimum parameter change in these materials under neutron irradiation, have been determined.
