Introduction
With the continuous reduction of the cost of the solar cell module and the worsening of the urban environment, the large area of the building integration (BIPV) has met the favorable conditions and opportunities.
Because environmental factors will have marked influence on outdoor tests, this paper mainly set up indoor test environment and through the outdoor experimental data to verify the indoor test program.
Therefore, in order to avoid the influence of the light radiation on the temperature measurement accuracy of the thermocouple, the temperature thermocouple is directly embedded in the back surface of the solar cell can obtain a more accurate data onto the battery temperature.
When the environment temperature is 20°C, the NMOT can be obtained by calculating by average value from the four temperature measuring points data.

Due to the uncertainty of the earthquake secondary fire and related many influence factors, existing earthquake fire probability model, mostly based on historical data of earthquake-induced fire statistics and summarized, the accuracy of single building fire probability model is less than the region probabilistic model[3].
The completeness and accuracy of GIS data is directly related to the accuracy of the calculated results, we should strengthen the management to basic data and updated in real time. 4.

Classification of materials based on the grain size is problematic due to the lack of experimental data.
However, a significant amount of experimental data obtained for aluminum alloy 2024-T3 and D16, suggests that the impact of additional pulsed loads of different intensity at different levels of static deformation does not lead to a significant drop in strength.
Analysis of the data indicates a significant impact on DNP strength of small-grained titanium in comparison to coarse-grained aluminum alloys.

At present, for almost all the existed buildings, the following problems have influences on building retrofit, such as lack of knowledge on the existed buildings energy consumption data during the process of energy-saving retrofit, energy-saving programs are generally in accordance with the new energy-saving design standards, and it is lack of pertinence, retrofit economy and unreasonable assessment on payback period.
In the end, we will get the percentage of energy consumption of different enclosing parts by data correction.
After synthesizing the relevant data of other four samples, we draw the conclusion that the key to energy-saving retrofit is to reduce the heat transfer coefficient of external window and the air infiltration.
The efforts to improve energy efficiency in residential buildings can result in considerable reductions in CO2 emissions and thus play a key role in meeting the Chinese Government’s target of reducing emissions in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol.
