Abstract.
A LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2 material was prepared via the co-precipitation in solution and ensuing solid reaction of the prepared precursors with LiOH.H2O, investigating the influence of solid reaction temperature on the cation mixing and electrochemical performance of the materials as a cathode.
Among several promising alternative candidates, LiNixCo1−2xMnxO2 materials stand prominently, especially LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2, which have been incurring extensive investigations and been put successfully in commercial scale-up use in recent years.
When the I(003)/I(104) ratio >1.2, the materials trends to a well- layered structure with small cation mixing.

The use of advanced materials for remanufacturing increases the
life extension efficiency.
The properties of the constituent materials of the weldment at 640 oC are taken from the previous literature[9, 10].
The results may give us several hints: (1) For cylinders of different materials the surface coating or repair should be applied in different surfaces; (2) For the materials controlled by the maximal principal stress, the inspections by replica, MT and so on could be done on the outer surface.

The M2 Cusing is an AM
machine that uses the SLM technique, dealing with either ceramics or metallic materials in
powdered form.
There are a few journals on synthesizing materials by modifying the percentage composition of different elements and then fusing them during the process.
While a generic set of processing parameters can be obtained for certain desired part characteristics, it cannot be applied for all materials because different materials exhibit different individual inherent properties such as thermal conductivity and melting point.
