Introduction Textile-reinforced concrete (TRC) is a new composite material consisting of fine-grained concrete and high performance filament yarns made of alkali-resistant glass or carbon [1].
The roving is a bundle of a huge number of filaments that can act as a tensile reinforcement in the brittle concrete.
Given its potential applications, it is no surprise that there have been a large number of research initiatives aimed at evaluating its performance [2-9], and the formula for the normal section bearing capacity of carbon TRC beam [1, 8].

Introduction The refractory metals and their nitrides were mostly polycrystalline structure, the grain boundary between the polycrystalline was become the rapid diffusion path to Cu atoms.
When the substrate temperature increased, the surface diffusion of the adsorbed particles were increased, the number of the particle nucleation was enhanced, which were speeded up the deposition rate of the film.
While increasing the substrate temperature was also raised the number of surface absorption and bonding capacity, which enhanced the film growth rate.

The characteristic equation (Eq. 1) proposed by Hakki and Coleman [7] relating resonant frequency, dielectric constant (or electric permittivity) and resonator dimensions for electromagnetic TE011 mode is: (1) where: (2) (3) k1 = wave number inside the DR; k2 = wave number outside the DR; J0(k1a) = Bessel function of order 0; J1(k1a) = Bessel function of order 1; K0(k2a) = modified Bessel function of order 0; K1(k2a) = modified Bessel function of order 1; y = p/H = propagation constant; c = speed of light; a = DR radius = D/2; H = resonator height; er = dielectric constant of DR; ea = dielectric constant of air; fr = resonant frequency.

However, the long residence time, severe grain growth of diffusion bonding can lead to properties reduction of mechanical parts[2].
Since a high-temperature tensile strain is a relatively slow process, this simulation is used in the shell element, in order to ensure the normal operation of this simulation while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the simulation, the number of values in the model simulation is uniform mesh.

The clarification of the relationships between these traces and inelastic deformation leads to develop physically based material models for general loading condition with a small number of parameters.
Comparing Fig.5 with Fig.6 it can be found that CP-Ti shows more significant surface morphological change at the same inelastic strain while the larger number of slip bands inside grains in SUS316L can be observed.

The effects of point defect (impurity cluster) and surface defect (grain boundary) have been studied [4-6].
Molecular dynamic analysis In molecular dynamic simulation the motion of a large number of atoms is described by Newton's law: t m i 2 ii ∂ ∂ == r af (1) where f is the force on the atom, m the mass, a the acceleration, r the position of the atom, t the time and i represents the ith atom.
The force fi is calculated by the differentiating the potential function (E), namely i N 21 i ),,,(E r rrr f ∂ ∂ −= L (2) where N is the number of the atoms.

It is observed that the crystal grain is larger than 10µm and there are some microcracks, which is a typical microstructure of aluminum titanate ceramics, resulting in the low thermal expansion and poor fracture strength.
