The data obtained from this study could be exploited to develop BNC film in various applications.
This result might be caused by the reduction of fiber length that randomly dispersed and the increase in suspension’s homogeneity between nanofibers and water medium (Figure 1(b)), leading to higher light scattering and less light transmittance.
DSC data in Table 1 show Tg, Tm (the melting of BNC crystalline phase), and Td of BNC samples after casting to be a film.
Additionally, the results implied that the decrease in the fiber’s diameter size did not result in mechanical property reduction since the fiber’s diameters of the BNC1.0-40 sample were smaller than others.

PVDF/MgO(7%) nanocomposite films thickness were measured using step height Veeco Surface Profiler with Dektak software for data acquisition.
Dielectric properties of PVDF/MgO(7%) nanocomposites were measured by Impedance Analyzer Spectroscopy (Solartron Analytical 1260A) at frequency 101 to 106 Hz with ZView® software for data analyzation.
It can be seen that, the increased in annealing temperatures caused a reduction in the film thickness.
Subsequent increased in the annealing temperatures, caused a further reduction in the dielectric constant of PVDF/MgO(7%) as tabulated in Table 1.

A pyrometer and an infrared scanner were used to provide data on the resulting temperatures at the surface (Tsurf).
In contrast, a significant reduction of particle emission takes place under the same shot conditions for the Ti-doped graphites, both with Si (ATS) and without Si (AT1 and AT2), and only medium and small dust particles were detected.
The differences between the doped graphites seem not to be relevant, taking into account the scatter of the data in figure 2.

Åberg et al. [4] observed a reduction of the free electron concentration in N-doped 4H-SiC epilayers after implantation of different ion species.
A microscopic model for the N donor deactivation mechanism is proposed, which is based on our theoretical analysis taking into account the kinetic processes for the formation of N interstitial clusters and (N-vacancy)- complexes; this model is in full agreement with the experimental data.

Summary Using the above mathematical model of a network of public transportation enterprises, with the known data of the existing enterprises in Hanoi, we can get the following results: - Varying the values of parameters entering into the above model, we can determine the structure of the network and its member companies so as to obtain the minimum value of the cost for execution works on TS and maintenance of buses in all enterprises for the public transport network.
At the same time, the coefficient of readiness of bus fleet will rise, thus the buses job on the line will not be interrupted, which resulting in satisfaction of the urban population in the transportation and cost reduction (or increase the profit of the enterprises).
