The grass carp scales waste have been explored in recent years because it is economically cheap, plentiful in nature and has intrinsic line structure, and other advantages, including ideal line structure and availability of various surface functional groups, low operational cost and easy regeneration[13].

In the runs where the tank revolved in an opposite direction to the rod, the fluid structure experienced more stretching than when revolving in the same direction.
Phase 1 The Color change process (phase 2) : RUN 4 had the most procedures (first the tank revolved to the left and the rod clockwise; then both stopped and then restarted in the opposite directions), causing the fluid structure to experience stretching and folding and thus quickening the diffusion process, followed by a phase change as indicated by the change in color from clear to golden yellow.
Phase 2 The formation of smoke (phase 3): RUN 4 had the most procedures which resulted in the fluid structure undergoing stretching and folding more often so that diffusion occurred more quickly which was followed by a phase change, as shown by the color change, meant that not only was the mixing complete but it was also it was faster, thus the chemical reaction required was achieved and the change reaction, indicated by the fluid color change, was followed by changes from a liquid to a smoke phase (brown smoke).

Structure of the sample was examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) with Cu Ka in D/max2500V X-ray diffractometer.
A coarse-grained structure in sample can be observed easily.
The resultant dislocation could be re-arranged under stress to form dislocation cells, leading to the formation of finer structure separated by diffuse grain boundaries.

FTIR analysis showed the formation of well-structured oxides, which is in strong agreement with XRD and microscopy techniques.
The peaks at ‘d spacing’ values 2.6869, 2.5074, 2.1989, 1.8341, 1.6900, and 1.44971Å (matched with ICDD: 11053) with hexagonal structure were observed in all the samples.
It is evident from XRD results that increasing cobalt percentage will increase the number of atoms in the crystal lattice, resulting into a distorted hexagonal structure.
Thus, the nanoparticles have spinel structure [32].

Amorphous glass structure is confirmed through X-ray diffraction (XRD).
Based on XRD pattern, it is confirmed that all glass composition remained in amorphous structure even after 24 h of immersion with weak characteristic of carbonate group (C-O) and P-O band detected in FTIR analysis on carbonated hyrdoxyapatite (CHA) formation.
As shown in Fig. 2, similar amorphous structure is observed for all glass batches with peaks between 30°-35° before soaking in HBSS.
