Effective Controlled Method Adding Carbon into Molten Steel to Produce 55Q Steel Tiejun Zhang1,2, a 1 Research Center for Materials Interdisciplinary Science, Chongqing University of Art and Science, Chongqing 402160, China 2 Key Laboratory of Micro/Nano Materials Engineering and Technology, Chongqing 402160, China aztj1965@tsinghua.org.cn Keywords: Cored wire, carbon adding, 55Q steel.
Second, the mission successes rate of getting carbon under control in one time is very low, thus the operation time is long, and the ineffective consumption of the devices, energy and materials is high.
There are many sophisticated physical and chemical reactions occured between the carbon and elements of materials of the furnace charge, slag and lining.

Based on the presented model, designers could figure out the best combination options in materials, structural layout and inter-part connections.
Plastics, metal, glass and noble metal are the most common valuable materials contained in the WEEPs.
Due to the properties of material itself and the technology level of recovery process, some kinds of these materials cannot be fully reclaimed.
In addition, the shredding process may mix different materials together, which also leads to a decrease of the recovery rate.

Introduction In the last few years, lead free piezoelectric materials are rapidly gaining interest amongst research groups as the environment concerns regarding the disposal of toxic materials.
European regulations now exclude the use of most lead containing materials in electronic and electrical devices.
Like several other lead free materials as BaTiO3, Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (BNT) was first reported in the 1960’s by Smolenskii et. al [3] but did not receive much attention until the recent surge in lead free materials development in the past few years.

The quality of the hole produced during the drilling of composite materials is one of the controlling factors for the resulting joint strength and integrity of the structural component.
Even though FRP composite materials provide many advantages over traditional metallic alloys, they pose many challenges in trimming and drillingstructural component fabrication.
The summary of the experimental conditions, work materials, and equipment used in this study is tabulated in Table 1.
