As a data-driven, statistically-based approach, Six Sigma aims to deliver near-zero defects as defined by customers for every product and process within an organization.
Then, further data is collected to ensure that improvements have occurred and control plan is put in place to ensure the changes are permanent.
In this stage, after gathering data, the Six Sigma team has to decide what to measure and how do they measure it.
It is a graphical representation, showing a visual impression of the distribution of data.
The formulas to do this vary depending on the type of data (variable data such as time, cost, length, weight, etc. or attribute data such as number of percent defective) and the sample size.

The ultimate tensile strength dependence in bending on ultimate compressive strength PC-1, PC-2, PC-3 - cements in combination, respectively, with RP-3, RP-4, RP-5; GOST - extrapolated data according to GOST 10178; N - according to G.V.
Nesvetaev for plaster solutions from DM; B - according to data [11] for FGC with an organo-mineral modifier It is obvious from the presented data in Table. 1 and Fig. 1: - the dependence Rf = f (R) does not depend on the type of cement, dosage and type of RPP, i.e. is quite versatile; - Rf values for modified FGC exceed the values normalized for PC according to GOST 10178.
RPP dosage effect on the modified FGC It follows from the presented data in Table. 2 and Fig. 2: - the general trend is to reduce the FGC tensile strength with an increase in the RPP dosage, while the decrease in compressive strength depending on the type of PC and RPP can reach about 40%, the tensile strength in bending is about 15%; - decrease in tensile strength in bending in compositions with RPP occurs to a less extent than in compression, which explains the increasing tensile strength (bending) effect in the studies of concreted concrete modified by polymers [12-14]; - in addition to the RPP dosage, the type of the PC and the RPP affects the FGC strength reduction, therefore, this point should be taken into account when using a specific combination of PCs + RPP when developing the DM recipes.
The dependence of the FGC adhesion with a concrete base on the tensile strength at bending B - according to [12, 13] From the presented data on Fig. 4 the absence of a clear relationship between the tensile strength of the FGC tensile bending and adhesion with the concrete base is obvious.
The FGC adhesion dependence with a concrete base on the dosage of RPP PC-1; PC-2; PC-3 - the authors’ data; 1 RPP 1 - according to [16], where 1 ... 5 is a type of water-retaining additive, RPP 1, RPP 2 is a RPP type It follows from the presented data on Fig. 5: - the relationship between the adhesion amount and the RPP dosage is ambiguous, it is possible both to increase the adhesion with increasing dosage, and to reduce adhesion with increasing dosage depending on the type of cement; - the maximum increase in the adhesion of the FGC to the concrete base with the RPP introduction in this study was 37% (PC-2, 2% RPP), which is in good agreement with the previously obtained data [16], according to which the increase in adhesion is mainly 28 - 38%.

The system can to multiple levels of data from multiple sensors, multi-level fusion processing, namely the multiple sensor redundancy in space or time or complementary information are combined, in order to obtain the consistency of interpretation and description object.
Industry by wireless transmission module between measurement and control node and the target of switching equipment to provide a direct point-to-point connections, rapid reduce network conflict, and can provide conflict data cache.
Monitoring workstation to 2nd level fusion processing of data measurement and control node, its basic features are: to receive the data information of each sensor detection system to detect.Received information comprehensive analysis and processing; Will be treated as their results through the fuzzy fusion methods such as forming comprehensive, multi-factor comprehensive evaluation on the environment.
It will receive from LAN to UDP packets, unpacking take out data, then the RS - 485 serial bus communication protocol, such as reconstituted frames sent to the measurement and control device, or the data frame of tt&c equipment was sent into IP packet to the LAN server.
Information based on multi-sensor data fusion technology in the application of the power system [J].

One of the components of logistics costs which become concern of many parties is the port costs, in order to support the national high logistics cost reduction, study related to the port tariff structure and its associated regulations is needed, especially a matter to formulate and determining policy related to pricing port services.
One of the components of logistics costs which become concern of many parties is the port costs, in order to support the national high logistics cost reduction, study related to the port tariff structure and its associated regulations is needed.
This paper include: description of the process, legal and strategic framework, methods and tools, information sources and background data used in the study, result of port tariff structure in Indonesia and recommendations on how to reduce cost of port in Indonesia based on the port tariff structure result.

Experimental data indicate that after HPT at room temperature g¢¢-phase was partly dissolved and that precipitation of the d-phase occurs during post deformation aging.
Data processing was performed using the GPM 3D Data software ®.
Therefore, it was possible to collect only small data sets corresponding to small volumes.
As expected, the reduction of the grain size leads to a significant strengthening.
APT data show that g¢ and g¢¢ precipitates of alloy 718 are probably at least partly dissolved during HPT. 3.

Such systems are characterized by large size and low reliability of the available data.
It is also necessary to develop informational software that will deal with the telemetric data, system estimations, and estimated performance of load and regimes of the power systems.
Compactness: the necessary and sufficient volume of information without doubling the initial data. 5.
At the same time, every part of the network has its own individual and differently scaled number of data on functional parameters of the power objects.
The system of data storage and access was developed on the basis of the set data storage requirements.

Results and discussions Corrosion activity of the alloys according to SVP data.
The data obtained by the SVP method are in good agreement with those obtained by the optical microscopy.
Comparison of the data obtained by optical microscopy (a) and SVP technique (b) at the surface of the magnesium VMD10 alloy.
According to the experimental data, the corrosion rates PW and PH have a good correlation with each other and corroborate the SVP data conclusion on higher corrosion activity of the VMD10 alloy in comparison with the MA8 alloy.
The data obtained by the independent gravimetry and volumetry methods and optical microscopy have a good correlation with the SVP data.

Data Preparation.
In this study, the basic data required to develop the models included bathymetry, hydrology, meteorological data.
Hydrology data were obtained from Bureau of Hydrology, MWR.
Meteorological data were downloaded from the website maintained by the China meteorological data sharing service system (http://www.climate.cq.cn/).
Obviously there is a good agreement between the simulated data and observed data.

Resulting optimized designs show that a significant reduction in gear tooth stress is possible [4].
The main requirement for tooth profile optimization could also be length of gear life, reduction of noise and vibration, and increase of energy efficiency.
This ensures reduction of calculation time but will not affect the final result of the tooth profile optimization.
The tooth profile and its shape can be modified by shifting the datum line from the tangential position.
The addendum modification coefficient quantifies the relationship between distance from the tool datum line and the reference diameter of the gear.
