The frist were white or lacte of grain calcites(cal-Ⅰ), with fine or short veins, developed bedding of the carbonatite, controlled by cleavage(Fig. 3A), Fromed in before the metallogenic period, irrelevated for mineralization.
The scond were white or grayish white of grain calcites(cal-Ⅱ), developed in orebody with cloddy and irregular, the calcites were dissolved and metasomated by lead and zinc (Fig. 3B), the calcites were observed that they cut each other under the microscope, and developed in the different stages of the same period, and formed later than lead and zinc (Fig. 3C).
A number of stable isotope datas form host rocks (δ13CPDB=-5.4 to 2.6‰, average was -1.8‰; δ13OSMOW=12.6‰ to 19. 4‰, average was 17‰; 87Sr/86Sr=0.711 to 0.731, average was 0.716) indicated the mineralization was closed to the basin brine relation [8]. δ13C and 87Sr/86Sr values of the first calcite were distributed close to host rocks and displayed similar charscters, they were higher than that of calcite in metallogenic period.

Therfore, such transitions are dominant in this case, and large number of Cd-based acceptor may exist in the films due to the high vapor pressure of Cd.
On the other hand, it can be think that the defect levels which originate in grain boundaries may largely exist in the films prepared on the quartz glass substrate.
Of course, the crystallinity of the films is inferior largely in comparison with when it is prepared on the sapphire substrate, and it can also be thought that many grain boundaries exist in the films.

Reduced grains size results in higher surface to volume ratio and the crystallites surface becomes a major factor influencing both processes.
We suggest that for lower concentration, Tb3+ ions are mainly located at the grain boundaries between crystallites of TiO2-rutile and the energy from excited nanocrystallites was intercepted by matrix surface states.

Figure 2 displays the typical grain size distribution in six locations in Taichung.
