The power of the spindle motor is not less than 15KW because the design requirement of the spindle speed is 6000r/min. after careful consideration to the requirements, the CTB-4015DZX1 Spindle motor is used, and the speed power of spindle motor is shown in Fig.1.

Short conical flange type is used in the structure of the spindle in this design, of which overhang is set as 218.5mm, and the span of the spindle bearing is 479.5mm.
It is concluded that the spindle is at a normal speed in Fig.1 and Fig.2.
