We could learn from foreign advanced low-carbon technologies to set the new low-carbon technology-oriented; introduce new energy-saving materials, photovoltaic technology, household solar power systems, ground-source heat pump systems and other advanced technologies to improve the energy-saving standards of construction, promote green construction and plant fibre construction , rebuild large public infrastructure ,reform the measures of urban heating which provide technical support for development of low-carbon construction; adjust energy structure to promote the development and utilization of the new energy sources such as biomass, solar energy and continue to promote household biogas digesters, medium-sized biogas digesters and other projects as well as the use of solar water heaters can also achieve good energy-saving effect.

The pore water pressure is correlative with the soil’s permeability and compressibility, and the pore water pressure value increases with the depth increasing in the same strata.
In clayey soil, the pore water pressure increases linearly with the depth increasing.
The relation between pore water pressure ratio and depth is determined by the ratio of hyper-pore-water pressure and cone tip resistance.
Otherwise, if it is variable, the pore water pressure ratio will change too.

In this paper, we developed an inderect ELISA using polyconal antibody against maize inbred lines to bind extracts from whole grain with pure water.
Most of these methods have some disadvantages, such as time consuming, negative economics, requires skilled technical recourses, or strong depended on the professional ability of the specter.
Results Effect of the Extracts from Different Seed Parts Extracts incubated the microwell plate were obtained from the following: single grain was ground and transfermed to an eppendorf and extracted for 0.5 h at room tempreture with 1.5 (w/v) volmes pure water.

Globally, there has been increasing awareness on the need for professional and strategic management of assets and facilities through a structured and professionally managed Facility Management (FM).

Results In this section, the authors use an example of an analysis performed to compressor-chilled water pump - condenser pump couple.
The equipment chosen here is only a fan running the blades in a cooling tower that is a part of the chilled water system for air-conditioning system; all components of this system shown in Fig. 1 are subjected to these tests, and the same applies to all major M&E equipment in JB Sentral.

But the forest proportion is small, especially the Three Gorges Reservoir water would swamp woodland 3200hm [5].
In serious soil and water loss, land pollution, biodiversity destruction of natural disaster is frequent with each passing day, etc.
