Essential differences are noticed in their structures: in the sample synthesized at nitrogen pressure of 0.1 atm the particles are characterized by evident faceting and triangular wedge-shaped sections which are likely to be the regions doped with nitrogen atoms.
It should be also noted that their size varies slightly within the range from 100 to 200 nm, and all of them possess approximately the same structure.
