Besides, there are many varieties of materials and suppliers for the PCB assembly, which makes the preparation, transportation and management of these materials a big problem.
Materials and the equipment to process them are determined before the production starts.
This relationship is used to prevent misplacing of materials.
In order to prevent missing of materials, a material output checking process is triggered when RFID reader detect the outbound material.
