Abstract.Nanotechnology provides the opportunity for the development of new materials in the nanometer size range with many potential applications in biological sciences and clinical medicine.

Material and Methods Preparation of SiO2,Silica particles are prepared in the laboratory by the drop wise mixing of Na2SiO3 and HNO3 in 1 :2 molar ratio, according to the equation.

Effects of annealing and different substrate materials on ohmic contact property of IGZO films

At present,many kinds of materials can be used as the active layer of transparent TFT,such as ZnO,IZO,InO,IGZO.IGZO films have many advantages,its bandgap width is about 3.5ev,we can deposite IGZO films at alow temperature,the films is easy to form ohmic contact with other metal materials,IGZO films have good electronic mobility ,and so on.At present ,there is many methods to prepare IGZO films.These methods contain: magnetron sputtering, pulsed laser deposition,electron beam evaporation,and so on.RF magnetron sputtering is the most widely used.

Three stages of the vulcanizing process expand our knowledge for EUG from the sole use material to three kinds of different materials.
After the process of vulcanizing it can form three kinds of materials: the thermoplastic material, the thermo-elastic material and the rubber-elastic material.
All of the three kinds of materials have the history of having been used as the modifier, and the different type of modifier has dissimilar improvement function to the asphalt performance.
