Introduction
European Union has been implementing the strategy for combating noise according to the Environmental Noise Directive (2002/49/EC) [1], which was passed by the European Parliament in June of 2002.
The overpass and elements of its surroundings are shown in the Figure 1.
Figure 1: A drawing of the surroundings of the overpass studied in this paper The main source of the noise is the traffic on the overpass, but important noise sources are also the nearby Zelena Gora street and the railroad line, both passing below the overpass (also shown in lower part of the Figure 1).
SPM9613 software package is based on ISO96131 and ISO96132 standards [25].

Introduction
Medical image segmentation is a complex and challenging task in many medical image analysis problems, especially for the human brain image analysis [1].
The Kappa Index (KI) of segmentation results in Fig. 3 are shown in Table 1.
From Fig. 3 and Table 1 we can see that standard FCM and NFCM are influenced by the bias field seriously.

Ductile grinding was reported when the grit depth of cut used was below a critical threshold [1].
As shown in Fig. 1, the cemented tungsten carbide consists of tungsten carbide grains and cobalt binders.
The tungsten carbide grains have shapes of nearly triangle, rectangular and trapezoidal, with sizes ranged from 200 nm to 1 mm.

Hou [1] proposed hardness, hardened layer depth, radius of curvature and contact angle of raceway are the four most important factors affecting the quality of raceway.
When slewing bearing undertakes axial load, the force on the roller is given by: (1) whereis axial load, Z the number of rollers, and contact angle (450 in our case or normally taken).

The precursor sol deposited on a substrate to form thin films by dip-coating technique as shown in Fig. 1.
Table 1, Starting crystallization temperature for different stabilizers.
The ZnO films were coated on glass substrate using zinc acetate concentration of 0.10×103 mol/m3 and 0.5×103 mol/m3 with different withdrawal speed (0.5, 1.0 and 1.5) x 10-3 ms-1.

The device's three-dimensional structure diagram shown in Figure 1 .The tail-hold device uses a modular layered stacked structure .
The requirements of the trail-hold device to the control system: Fig. 1 The tail-hold system diagram of the 4m×3m low-speed wind tunnel 1,X direction moving screw 2.Z direction moving slideway 3.Y direction Lifting base 4.Z direction moving screw 5.X direction moving slideway (removal slideway) 1) All DOFS of the trail-hold device can keep uniform speed of movement and rotation as required, and realize accurate positioning according to the setting value of x, y, z, α,β; 2) Speed servo required in the process of α, β rotation, to ensure the model center not Deviating the axis of the wind tunnel, and the final accurate positioning is also required Movement relationship of the big attack angle device A.
In the large deviation area, we use soft Bang-Bang control[1] and combine proportional control and the Bang-Bang control of deformation, to coordinate the contradiction between system's dynamic performance and Steady state accuracy.

They don’t realize these tools are scientific technologies.[1] With the development of CALT, instead of regarding computer multimedia network as a high-technology, teachers and students treat it as the essential means to assist foreign language learning.
Bax declares, integration is normalization [1] while Rodges argues it is reutilizing.[5] As we know, both normalization and reutilizing are of the same essence but different terms.
While, autonomic learning with computer refers to learners use computer to study by themselves, which converts the assistance of computer technology to leading role.[7] Figure 1: Assisted mode Figure 2: Dominant mode Computer assisted mode (Figure 1) remains to be “teacher-centered” teaching mode.
