Introduction According to China's energy consumption of building energy consumption model in the research of the current situation, in 2008, energy consumption is about 655 million tons standard coal equivalent, accounting for about 23% of the total energy consumption in society [1].
Figure 1 Energy Density of High-rise Office Building in Cold Areas Compared with other public buildings type (such as the low-rise office of buildings, stores, hotels, etc.) the features of energy consumption of the high-rise office buildings are below [4]: 1) Compared with the same size lower and multi-layer office buildings, high-rise office buildings hold more people and large quantity of information.
In accordance with the calculation: average 4 m2 within 1 (100 W), density of lighting power 11W/m2 and W/m2 and density of office equipment power 20 W/m2 [9], the power density of internal heat is 35 W/m2.
So in the actual design, the size of vents usually take value of the 2 ~ 3 times [10], in the project in the atrium areas are 479 m2, plus the air of garden area, are more than three times the value of the building, and can meet the hot pressing ventilation completely.

Introduction European Union has been implementing the strategy for combating noise according to the Environmental Noise Directive (2002/49/EC) [1], which was passed by the European Parliament in June of 2002.
The overpass and elements of its surroundings are shown in the Figure 1.
Figure 1: A drawing of the surroundings of the overpass studied in this paper The main source of the noise is the traffic on the overpass, but important noise sources are also the nearby Zelena Gora street and the railroad line, both passing below the overpass (also shown in lower part of the Figure 1).
SPM9613 software package is based on ISO96131 and ISO96132 standards [25].

Before testing the biological activity, the prepared samples were autoclaved at 121° C, 0.5 atmospheres for 45 minutes, and dried in a dry heat oven (Sanyo, Japan) at 160° C for 1 hour.
The non-adherent cells were washed off with phosphate buffer, the implants were carefully inverted, and 1 mL of culture medium was added into each well.
The video shooting was performed using a confocal microscope 1 time per day for 7 days.

Introduction Medical image segmentation is a complex and challenging task in many medical image analysis problems, especially for the human brain image analysis [1].
The Kappa Index (KI) of segmentation results in Fig. 3 are shown in Table 1.
From Fig. 3 and Table 1 we can see that standard FCM and NFCM are influenced by the bias field seriously.

Ductile grinding was reported when the grit depth of cut used was below a critical threshold [1].
As shown in Fig. 1, the cemented tungsten carbide consists of tungsten carbide grains and cobalt binders.
The tungsten carbide grains have shapes of nearly triangle, rectangular and trapezoidal, with sizes ranged from 200 nm to 1 mm.
