Principle of Theory and Practice Advancing together Through investigation of the present situation of distance education in 68 pilot universities in China, we find that the proportion of theoretical coursewares is larger than practical those[3], which leads the common fault of learners having a poor practical ability.
So when we are designing the web-based coursewares, we should follow the principle of theory and practice advancing together and make full use of modern technology to make the coursewares more rich, novel and operable.
Principle of Engineering Problems “Literarized” and Literary Problems Dramatized The view of “Engineering Problems ‘Literarized’ and Literary Problems Dramatized” [4] is put forward by professor Li Xiaoping who is from the school of modern distance education in Beijing Institute of Technology.
Therefore, when we design the coursewares, we should pay more attention to its interest and treat the engineering problems with literary view and treat the literary problems with dramatic view.
For example, when we prepare for shooting a historic courseware, we usually choose the form of forum and select a speaker who can command the overall situation.

Experimental and numerical investigations of TBC behaviour after aging, subjected to tension and bending Tomasz Sadowski1, a, Przemysław Golewski1,b 1Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Lublin University of Technology, Nadbystrzycka 38, 20-618 Lublin, Poland asadowski.t@gmail.com, bpgolewski@gmail.com Keywords: thermal barrier coating system, brittle cracking, thermal aging.
Advanced ceramic materials made of 2 phases are good examples for modern applications [1-3].
The obtained experimental results allow to perform advanced numerical modelling in the Abaqus including 3 different degradation processes.
Different level of advanced damage description was used as Fig. 8 shows.
The best results are achieved for the most advanced description, which takes into account both the damage of the TC and the BC (brittle cracking) and further - delamination caused by the growth of the TGO layer (cohesive surface).

The specific benefits as well as technical challenges with the current devices will be discussed, as well as a proposal regarding the need to combine component engineering and system engineering to expand the range of commercial viability into more mainstream, high volume applications.
Just as with PFC, a successful approach will have to be based on system engineering as well as component development.
With innovative system engineering as well as new component developments, SiC may also find a place in high volume PWM isolation converters. 1 3 Q1 D1 D2 L1 C-Out Cin C-Res R-Load Q1 D1 D2 L1 C-Out Cin C-Res R-Load Fig. 3: "Plain" resonant reset (upper) and with partial ZVS (lower) schematics Fig. 4: Blocking voltage as a function of duty cycle for 425V Fig. 5: Estimated resonant reset voltage as a function of bus voltage and duty cycleReferences [1] J.
