The aim of coiling temperature control is to make hot rolled strip from high finishing roll temperature to requested coiling temperature, which makes strip obtain satisfactory microstructure performance and mechanical property [1,2].
The cooling capacity of each set of cooling pipes is same, the cooling conditions of up and down plate is same, the affect of phase changes heat on the plate coiling temperature is neglected, and its related heat conduction and radiation among the roll is neglected too.
(6) Self-learning model For improving the control accuracy, a self-learning factor A0 is joined into the model, and the self-learning model is built as following
(8) Where N' is the measured value, β is a correction factor, 0 <β<1,and it takes 0.3 to 0.7 generally.

INTRODUCTION
Due to their remarkable mechanical strength under high thermal loads and their thermal
shock resistance in combination with low specific mass, reinforced ceramic composites like C/C,
C/SiC are suitable materials for potential applications at high temperatures in oxidizing
environments as for high temperature heat exchangers, shuttle orbiter vessels, components of jet
engines and gas turbine engines, etc. [1-3].
EPD cell for flat samples (dimensions in mm) Because of the small difference in specific resistances of the deposited layer (DL) and the suspension (SUSP), the cell current intensity will not be affected by the growing deposit as long as the following condition is satisfied: DL SUSP SUSP DL RR L L >>< 2 10 Eq. 8 This occurs because of the large liquid fraction in a deposited layer with much higher conductance causing that the current mostly flows through it.
Due to these factors the modeled current was much higher than the measured one (124.8NA comparing to 86.1NA, with an applied voltage of 5 V).
CONCLUSION The most important property of the system for EPD is the current density and its relation with the potential.

The adsorptive behavior of amido black 10B on Fe3O4-CS MNPs was investigated using the UV-vis specteophotometric technique and the affecting parameters including solution pH, contact time, amido black 10B concentration and Fe3O4-CS MNPs amount were examined.
Desorption and reusability of amido black 10B The regeneration and reuse of adsorbents were one of the most key factors in evaluating adsorbents potential applications.
To further describe the adsorption properties, the adsorption isotherm data were fitted with different isotherm models like Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin-Radushkevitch (D-R) models, which can be expressed in Equations (3) – (5), respectively.
KF and n were the Freundlich isotherm constant and the heterogeneity factor, respectively.

This study places great emphasis on the relationship between the TGO chemical composition and the TGO growth rate and the mechanical property of thermal barrier coatings upon isothermal oxidation.
Additionally, the failure of TBCs can be dependent on the factors such as the lower TGO growth rate with low spinel content, the TGO thickness growth, the thermally residual stress and the crack formation and propagation [5, 6].The modification of the surface of the bond coat and controlling the TGO composition and its growth rate via vacuum heat treatment can be regarded as the effective routes to reduce the TGO growth rate and spinel content probably because of the change of the elemental diffusion mechanisms [7, 8].
The life prediction for TBCs may be possible if the local stress in the TGO generally affected by the factors of composition and microstructure of topcoat and bond coat, creep and yielding property of bond coat as well as morphologies of TGO can be measured precisely and systematically.

Introduction
With the development of computational techniques and software, the mechanical analysis of large
structures is expected to deal with numerical simulation.
At last, how the length of plastic zone and the size of element affect the computational result is discussed.
The model reflects the property of reinforced concrete structure under the periodic loads.
Considering influence of the ductility of component, the dimension of member and the earthquake wave, the length of the zone for plastic hinge should be adjusted properly according to different problems and factors.

Exchange of uncertain process properties
A model, called “uncertainty data type” (UDT), for the representation of uncertain product and process properties in the field of mechanical engineering is introduced in [5].
A reasonable amount of the state properties refers to product properties.
Thus, the state properties describe the product properties in the course of the product life cycle.
Other uncertainties like the sensitivity of the force sensors, the clearance fit between leg and hole, varying length of the legs due to tolerances in manufacturing process etc. have been recognized as influencing factors on the load distribution in tripod.
The handling of uncertainty is a problem which affects the whole product life cycle and different stakeholders.

To introduce a method for reliability analysis of China's large-scale natural gas pipeline system, a method should first be developed to calculate the reliability of pipe segments, compressors, valves, and other factors.
Each girth weld defect position shown in Fig. 1 is determined from the size of the defect, pipeline stress state, and mechanical properties of the pipe.
The dimensionless fracture ratio Kr, given by the following equation, is plotted on the y-axis: Kr=KIp+KIsKmat+ρ (2) In this formula, KIp is the stress intensity factor at the current crack size due to primary loads (primary load: the load does not disappear with the deformation of the structure), KIs is the stress intensity factor at the current crack size due to secondary loads (secondary load: the load disappears with the deformation of the structure ), Kmat is the fracture toughness after considering any ductile tearing following crack initiation, and ρ is a function of both the primary and secondary loads that accounts for plasticity interaction effects.
It should be noted that the yield strength of the parent material was used in the calculations performed for this example, and the impact toughness was the lowest value of the results of the impact tests of the parent material, welding line, and heat-affected zone.
