The structure of the fiber contains the sulfonic acid radical, which has a strong affinity to the cationic dyeing material; the combination ability with dye molecule is enhanced, improving the dye ability of fiber.
Because of the the fourth monomer soft segments, ECDP can be boiled at normal pressure with the cationic dyeing material, while maintaining a high dyeing rate and high dye absorption rate.
Experimental Materials Regular PET was kindly donated by the Tianjin Petrochemical Co.
