Preface
The Manufacturing Engineering Society International Conference (MESIC) was born in 2005 promoted by the Spanish Manufacturing Engineering Society – Sociedad de Ingeniería de Fabrication (MES-SIF) as a biennial meeting of international scope.
As in previous editions, the aim of the 10th Manufacturing Engineering Society International Conference (MESIC 2023), held in Sevilla (Spain) from 28 to 30 June 2023, has been the creation of dynamic forum for the exchange of scientific and personal experiences between researchers, professionals and academics in the field of engineering material processing and manufacturing.
The present edition covers a wide range of research results and engineering solutions in the above-mentioned disciplines, organized in different topics such as advances and innovations in manufacturing processes, additive manufacturing, trends in manufacturing systems and automation, metrology and quality in manufacturing, Industry X.0 and digital manufacturing, as well as manufacturing engineering in society.

Calculations made with an advanced onephase
model, in this case LAMEL model, show far better conformity with the experimental
data.
It would be possible, though, to develop a new model that combines the advanced features of the LAMEL model and the pearlite models.
Using an advanced one-phase texture model seems to be more important for improvement of the texture prediction than incorporating the lamellar features.

Abstract.
When the injection rate is determined, the longer the horizontal section is, the lower the gas-oil ratio is, which decreases the advancing speed of steam.

In the public crisis event occurrence, development and variation in the process, the network media and the internet groups active or randomly to the network as a platform, through the news, forum transmitted by means of information collection, analysis and exchange, forming a network of public opinion events or variation based on the characteristics of distributed, multiple etc. network public opinion has formed spontaneously storm, content complex of magnanimity and argument.
Network public opinion constantly, both published in well-known portal sites, famous newspaper website, also have somewhere deep in other forums, BBS and so on.

The particle speed may be determined from the kinetic energy received after penetration:
∆Ecin = m/2 (v12- vp2) , (9)
∆Ecin = ∆Ep ; (10)
Finally, the speed will be:
vp = (v12- 6* σ / ρ * r)
1/2 . (11)
The surface tension σ may be influenced by the following process parameters which are laser
power; geometry of laser beam; advance speed of the laser beam, all the above having an important
influence on the temperature of the metal bath surface.
