Silicon materials, such as a-Si, poly-Si, Si-nanocrystallites, and porous-Si, are also expected as new element of display [1, 2].
In order to use the silicon materials for display, emitting sources and mechanism have to be solved.
We fabricated Si:SiO2 films as one of nanoscale order materials by radio frequency (rf) sputter.

Among the short list of biobased thermosetting resins, the PolyFurfurylAlcohol (PFA) is obtained under cationic polycondensation of Furfuryl Alcohol (FA).

Res. 45 (2006) 6393-6404. ] Because the ultimate aim of fabricating high performance nanocomposites is to disperse functionalized particles in the polymer matrix, these new materials were modified with the insertion of silica nanoparticles in order to highlight the enhancement of their thermal, mechanical and structural properties.

On the other hand the insertion of SiO2s has no effect on the material degradation.

The model includes the geometry of the cam and cam follower and their assembly with coatings and the definition of the materials properties.
The material properties used are those of 18MnCr11 for the base material and 40Cr130 for the coating.
For the base material from the cam, we defined the properties of the 18MnCr11 material and for the metallic layer the properties of 40Cr130.
