An increasingly accurate estimate of probability of failure will be developed, especially if reliable probability data is generated with an FMEA.
Required data has been collected in detail, analyzed and arranged according to the need [11], [12].
Acknowledgment The authors are highly indebted and thankful to the engineers at GND Thermal Plant who rendered help in collecting the required data and completion of the research work.

Therefore the heat loss through the building envelope can be minimized by optimising the shape of the building to achieve reduction in heating demand [4].
The annual heating loads were calculated using recorded climate data.
Local climate data and technical specifications of the building were used as input data for energy performance simulation tool to estimate the energy consumption.
The data on climate conditions of all regions of Kazakhstan are used for the design of all structures and facilities (residential, industrial, etc.).

On the other hand, the growth rate activation energy determined from temperature dependence data of the thermal oxidation in dry or wet oxidation estimates the thickness to be close to 1 Å.
Therefore, the thermal oxidation data suggests that the oxide does not grow on Si at room temperature, in contrast to measured data [11].
Change of PL intensity and thickness of native silicon oxide on RIE and MACE pillars overtime (The data of the first 100 hours are provided in the graph below).
The main reason behind this is because the noble metal acts as a microscopic cathode on which the reduction of the oxidant (H2O2) occurs [26]: H2O2 + 2H+ à 2H2O +2h+ The generated holes are then injected into the Si substrate in contact with the noble metal.

Firstly, the biological prototype is researched to get some useful data which are simplified to obtain the living model.
The driving drum is driven by the reduction electromotor and the loading drum is connected with the magnetic power brake to load.
The pressure sensors are connected with the transmitters and data acquisition card to output the signal to the computer. 1 2 4 3 5 6 7 V PH T 8 9 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1-Driving drum;2-Tension measuring part at the meeting point;3-Slipping detector;4-Loading drum;5-Turnabout drum;6-Tail drum;7-Tension measuring part at the leaving point;8-Pressure sensor;9-Belt.
In view of the measurement error and the change of the wrapping angle in action, the measuring data are processed to obtain the practical friction coefficient as shown in Table 1.
(4) From the measuring data, the bionic driving drums designed all have the increasing friction effect which relates to the shape, size and arrangement way of the convex hulls.

Introduction Nowadays, the searching of new sources of energy and the reduction of lubricant feedstock justify the seeking of alternatives sources to produce oil and biodiesel from the environment.
The friction force, temperature and load can be monitored on the screen computer using a data acquisition program and the control of the actuator.
The data is logged every second and saved.
Thus, the data can be analyzed post in excel format.
When the test time has finished, the interface creates an excel spread sheet with the data generated during the test.

An evaluation including about 650 fatigue data, mainly from fillet cruciform welded joints (nonload carrying and load-carrying) with final fractures originating from the weld toe or weld root is shown in Fig.1.

Note that an increase of R0 from 0.15 mm to 0.28 mm would provoke a decrease of KfW according to Eq.(4), with a reduction factor constant for all cases and equal to 1.226.
Now consider the data related to the weld roots, point r.

Based on the calibration data, the sensitivity of the sensor element is determined to be 0.0206 µm/kPa, which is slightly larger than the designed value of 0.019 µm/kPa.
The loading and displacement data are recorded by using a data acquisition card (DAQ) connected to a computer.
The sensor responds instantaneously to each step increase of the displacement, and relaxes gradually due to the reduction of the load.
Although the data points are quite scattered, especially in the low load range, the intradiscal pressure Fig. 5 The recorded load and the measured pressure in the in vitro disc pressure experiments.

Results and Discussion Fatigue Properties of Original Notched Specimen The S-N curve of the original specimens was obtained from fatigue test data, as shown in Fig.2.
From the experimental data, a definite optimal region at pulse number of 1 to 3 for different energy densities by laser irradiation can be found.
From the experimental data, the total fatigue life with the same laser parameters has a less improvement than the damaged specimen for the chosen laser optimum parameters.
It can be seen that the surface shows a large number of molten particles of the material, which leads to reduction in the fatigue resistance.
From the experimental data, the total fatigue life of the damaged specimen with this set of laser parameters is lower than that of the original specimen.

From table 1, when temperature is 300°C, compared with the strength of normal temperature, the compressive strength is declined slightly, and strength reduction factor is 0.96.
Base on the experimental data and through fitting, expression of high temperature compressive strength and room temperature strength with temperature T are obtained
From the figures, although only three temperature groups of data are taken to fit, but the theoretical expression for all temperature values are agreed well with experimental values, which can describe the change of concrete compressive strength and the peak strain with temperature.
Base on the acquired experimental data, the expression of peak strain with temperature, see equation (2).
And according to experimental data and the constitutive model is extended to different temperature.
